Room 3 is lovely, great bath - shower needs fixing though. Nice decor. Enjoyed the breakfast. Shame we forgot our swimming things.

Room was spacious, clean, well presented and very welcoming. Bathroom also very spacious and everything you could possibly want for an overnight stay. Breakfast also great. Staff very friendly and knowledgable.

Lovely staff, great food. My only concern was that I was staying in a room in the pub, but they upgraded me, which was really nice, but I ended up in one of the rooms that is separate from the hotel. It was near to the road. The traffic was not a problem. The issue was it was a duplex room which had 3 access doors. Travelling as a lone woman I felt quite nervous & I travel all the time. Not a great idea to put a single woman in one of those rooms.

our 3rd time staying at the Ffolkes. Rooms are lovely. we stayed in coaching room 2. Food is great. reception has moved to the spa.

The room was lovely and welcoming, very comfortable and was more than we were expecting. The breakfast the next morning was brilliant, great produce and great selection to try! The spa was fab, definitely worth adding onto your stay. So many fun relaxing experiences to try and the staff are all lovely and welcoming. Felt like a truly lovely experience compared to other spa visits. It was such a vibe! Would highly recommend.

Great comfy room and amazing staff

All staff in the hotel were very friendly and well mannered. Food was great quality and good choice.

Really comfortable stay, kids of little details were thought about in the room, including eye mask & ear plugs, nice toiletries and coffee machine /fresh milk in mini fridge. All you can eat breakfast was very pleasant surprise. Very handy for Sandringham, as we arrived late after the show, check-in was still possible via the bar.

We didn’t like being on second floor and having to use steep stairs being in our late 80’s.the staff were very good and took our luggage up and down for us

Second stay at this hotel and the accommodation was still great, added bonus with the games room. Comfy bed and fab en-suite. Great breakie.

Always stay here rooms are amazing. Always pleased. Although feedback sent to them regarding the food choices and quality. Only think that lets the place down.

Lived the hotel and area

Staying in this hotel regularly due to its fantastic ambience, staff, standards and everything else that is needed for a great stay. There is no better hotel in King's Lynn area, no question.

Stay was great, staff were helpful, had dinner in the restaurant which was nice and the selection of cocktails was great! Really enjoyable. Golf was good fun

Quirky and comfortable hotel with amazing staff. Stayed in a spa room with its own courtyard, lovely. Staff are great, friendly, helpful and have a sense of humour. Brilliant. Room super comfy, some of the public areas feel just a little bit tired (only noticeable by how good the rooms are). Food was amazing and plentiful. Will definitely be going back.
