Me and the wife stayed there when we went to watch Lionel Richie at the coop live. Great central location, 5 minute walk from the Ivy, 20 stores, cloud 23. Staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was perfect as well with homely touches dressing gown, tea coffee etc. Just booked tickets to watch simply red in September and we will be staying here again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was a pleasant surprise in a hotel. We loved having the 2 floors and separate spaces for the family. The little touches of arrival decorations with sweet treats and continental breakfast made it even more special. The location is great for a night out with plenty of bars around and only a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. Highly recommend.

Hotel did not declare that their restaurant was closed for refurbishment until i had checked in. Breakfast, which i prepaid and expected hot food, was a box of cake etc.

Nice Hotel, disappointed no VIP perks were recognised by the hotel at check in when enquired said there were no upgrades available (despite a number of rooms being available to book on line). Free drinks (VIP Perks) not recognised, on the second evening enquired about it was told bar was shut a reception but to take a drink from the mini bar.....looks like i was charged for the drink i took (under query) also no breakfast delivered on the second morning. Room it self good and great location.

The room was very small but hotel is central so you can expect this. The room was very clean, bed very soft but comfy. Shower heads in bathroom could do with a clean apart from this our stay was adequate. My daughters room next to ours was even smaller but for one night was ok. Wouldn’t want to stay longer as limited storage for clothes and bags.

The hotel is in a great location. Room was nice and bed was nice. Staff was friendly. I wonder if all rooms hear the same noise at night from the discos (they are open around midnight until 4am). Our hotel window was right above them. But, I would stay here again and ask for a different side of the hotel. Very easy access to the train station which is a key factor for me. Yes, stay here if you desire.

The room was clean and comfortable, but too cold on arrival with air con on. The room smelled of smoke and had a strong air freshener covering up the smell - which became more apparent as the air freshener wore off. The breakfast was appalling and we were refunded the cost as the management agreed it did not meet the standard: limited choice and tea was weak and made for us with too much milk added. Nice staff.

Really nice hotel and very friendly staff. I think two things should be made clear at the time of booking, when you pay for breakfast the hotel only offer ‘continental’ type breakfast with no cooked breakfast available, also a £100 deposit is to be paid at check in.

Discreetly tucked away but alluring from the outside. Very boutique and stylish however the room is particularly small compared to other stylish hotels. Awkward position of t.v and unfortunately our room was looking onto the busy road and you can hear the partying till late hours in the morning. Very comfortable mattress however and the textile and decor is very luxurious and striking. Open to coming back for longer stay.

Nice room, quite small but comfy beds and pillows, very clean, bathroom small, but we were only there for a night so was ideal for what we wanted. lovely friendly reception staff and very helpful. would highly recommend. the only negative comment would be to supply a bottle of water in the room complimentary especially as you supply tea and coffees.
