Lovely hotel though a bit like a rabbit warren inside but a great mix of old and new. The best part is the staff - they are just SO friendly, helpful but very professional. On our first evening, as we sat in the lounge, we were approached by an elderly gentleman who enquired how long we were staying and where we had come from etc. We asked him how long had he been staying there and as he walked off he replied "98 years". It turned out he was 98 year old Lord Gisborough! The hotel is owned by Lord Gisborough and his family. The food was excellently prepared and everywhere was very clean.

Really enjoyed my stay for a friends wedding. Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. Would like to recognise Ryan and Maddie who were fab. Nothing was too much for them. Venue was beautiful and clean. Many things to do, however didn’t visit them all on this trip. 10/10 would definitely and can’t wait to visit again.

I love staying at Guisborough Hall. The location, food and friendly staff are always top notch. The hotel has ample parking and the rooms are very comfortable. On a sunny day there is no better place to sit than on the terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. A beautiful period property with lovely grounds. If I was to find the tiniest fault it would be there was no bread or bread rolls for the continental breakfast option. This did not detract from our stay & I only mention it as it’s a quick fix for future guests. Highly recommended if you find yourself in this neck of the woods.
