The room was clean and tidy, staff were very polite and helpful. I didn't realise breakfast was included which was an additional bonus and was very nice. Slept really good on a very comfortable bed. The only thing to let it down was the shower pressure not being very strong. I will be staying here again.

We only stayed one night. The staff / team were excellent and very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The only gripe was there were no bath towels on our arrival just after 4pm. We eventually received them just after 9pm in the evening. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Nice room with 4poster bed but no full length mirror, only 2 coat hangers and a mixture of old and new furniture. Bathroom rather tired with wobbly toilet seat, dirty toilet brush and sink that took ages for water to drain away. Breakfast included but not much choice. Expected more from a 4* hotel. Restaurant and bar not open in the evening despite website advertising it which was one one the reasons for booking this hotel in the first place. Hotel not staffed after 6pm and door access not easy with key pad.

Very convenient for where we needed to go. Easily ask accessible room up one flight of stairs. Good sized room and bathroom. Decor was all a bit tired. Needs a proper refurbishment not just a paint job over old wallpaper and paintwork. Mould around the bath sealant was poor for a ‘deluxe room’. Breakfast was good, once we’d got the waitress’s attention. Coffee was very weak. Over all ‘ok’

Hotel was unmanned when we arrived so had to self check in. No staff on site. Room very basic and the most creaky bed I’ve ever stayed in. Bathroom was large but again very basic, toilet brush had faeces and toilet paper on. Dirt and other guests rubbish in room

Room was adequate but dated. Car park cannot fit in the number of guests catered for. Breakfast was disappointing. Very small cereal bowls like a childs size!. Cooked breakfast consisted of one rasher of bacon, one sausage, one hash brown, half a tomato, a mushroom small quantity of egg and one piece of toast with a pat of butter. It was well cooked for what your got. Coffee or tea brought to table (other drinks could be purchased for £2.80 each). Fruit juice freely available and nice.. No offer of top up or any toast and marmalade.Next morning had poached eggs on toast very very small egg! Poor value for money for what we paid having had much better breakfasts at other establishments on our trip.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff very friendly and helpful. It would be helpful if plates were left in the function room along with the cutlery so you can eat in your room if needed.

Great staff, great breakfast and a superb sleep on a very clean and comfortable bed. Shower could do with being stronger and little toiletries would be a bonus but overall a very good couple of nights stay. Recommended for visiting Bath with just a short train ride from the town.

Underwhelming but fine. Shower was pathetic. Curtains weren’t blackout. Mattress fairly lumpy. Budget a decent amount of time to wait for the breakfast as not a buffet. But nothing horrendous. Fine for a 1 night business trip.

Ideally located for short walk into Keynsham. Car park small we had to find on street parking. Waited over 40 minutes for cooked breakfast. ( This happened last visit years ago) Bathroom large but needs update. Corner of bath held together with tape that was coming off. Eco shower - hardly any water came out. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful.

I was a little surprised the hotel did not have the restaurant and bar open on Wednesdays. However, there was a pub 5 minutes walk away that did food. Breakfast was really good, and the parking was easy. The hotel is on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise.
