As a city fan, I love being close to the Etihad Campus. The staff are great and hotel is clean and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay the Niu Loom. The hotel and rooms were very modern and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with everything we could have wanted. We weren’t so keen on not having a kettle in the room, but got drinks were available in the lobby. The TV didn’t have a very good signal, and only offered a handful of channels, but luckily we had also brought our books. The beds were very comfortable, but the main road outside the window was very noisy all through the night, so I would suggest booking a room on the car park side of the hotel and not the roadside. The car park was an additional £10 but we were offered it for free if we signed up for IHG club on arrival, which was a welcome surprise. The location of the hotel was great, just a two minute walk from the tram station, which took us straight into the middle of Manchester.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is modern and clean. Beds comfortable and showers are nice powerful. Definitely would use again.

Great hotel, good location right by the tram for easy access into central Manchester. Very comfortable rooms, we loved the two single duvets, something we adopt at home! Special shoutout to the evening team, especially Sam who went above and beyond! Sam helped us look up what vegan options were available for breakfast to help us decide on whether to have it or not. We were happy to see that there were vegan sausages which was what we were hoping for. Great job Sam! Sam's efforts were sadly in vain as having come down to breakfast next morning we were informed the kitchen didn't have any vegan sausages. Very disappointing and as they are a frozen food, very frustrating too especially as this is supposed to be a sustainable hotel. Such a shame, as otherwise a perfect stay.

Down for a family wedding. We enjoyed our stay, a bit unimpressed no for a holiday inn no kettle in the room or media facilities to connect upto the tv. I also had a sign outside my window on the 3rd floor making a racket as it was windy and it made it hard to sleep. The £10 parking charge was a bit harsh also.

Stayed one night when going to the AO arena. Very good hotel, rooms nice, staff friendly.
Would have liked drink making facilities in the room but drinks were available free of charge in the dining area.
Its about a 25 minutes walk to the AO Arena

I was looking forward to a bath, sadly the hotel does not have any so I wont be staying again.
The staff were really friendly and professional, great that their job and explaining the room details.
Fast and effecient but made me us feel at home. Great hotel just sadly not what I was looking for.

Easy check in, I joined up for free to become a member which in turn gave me late check out 2pm and also instead of paying £15 for the parking I got it completely free as a compliment. The next morning we fancied a breakfast and we was told it was complimentary again, this hotel is fantastic the rooms and feel of the place are brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the nice touches like big screen tv’s the pool table comfy sofas and even a record player in the corner we loved it all, we would definitely return again if we visit the coop live for another music event.

Couldnt fault the hotel. Staff were amazing, extremely helpful. Loved the lounge area with plenty of seating to relax rather than staying in the room. The room had everything we needed, breakfast had plenty of choice. Trams are a 2 minute walk away .
