Easy to find , very helpful staff . Gluten intolerance understood . You can use the free car park next door

A lovely hotel, very clean, lovely breakfast, no continental,but cerals, toast,and lovely cooked scrambled eggs,hash brown,sausages,b.beans,bacon and muffins. You cannot starve. Fresh juices and a coffee machine. The grounds are quiet and well maintained, next door to a vintage pub. Beds comfy, nice dove products in bathroim, plenty of towels etc. Housekeeping are very friendly, and do a good job as do all staff we met. You cannot walk to the NEC roads are too dangerous.no real path.

What I expected. Thought it was nearer the NEC than advertised. Breakfast fairly average.

Excellent stay, lovely and clean hotel. Staff were excellent couldn’t be more helpful. Slight noise of traffic nearby.

Very good maintenance hotel

No usb sockets near bed to charge phone, in fact the only socket i could make work was the socket the electric kettle was plugged into. Very poor. Very limited choice of tv channels very few of the free ones available in fact there seem to be mor children's channels than other channels. Only one side of the bed can turn off the room lights Unless you arrive by car its about a 40 minute walk from the station or the nec

Excellent stay for a day lovely the ambience and the staffs are excellent. Will consider if come back in this area

Pleasant and out in the countryside

This hotel is quite close to be pulse live venue. We used Uber to get to and from the show and it was only a little more than the £12.50 car park the NEC would charge. The stay was OK but the bed is the smallest we have slept in for a longtime.

Bathroom flooded. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Stay - could have been better.

Nice area

Firstly no sofa bed was set up, Neither pillows or blanket is been put for third person. Staff wasn't look that much pleasent. Also charged 25 pound for parking which was not mention when i was booking. If a propert is call hotel it means they must a parking for car which should be free. This is another scam that you have to pay for your night stayy and also pay for your car as well. Monrning breakfast was awful. Not happy at all

Receptionists stood outside smoking in the middle of the night.

Easy reach for the N.E.C.

The Little Owl pub next to the hotel was excellent.

Everything was straight forward. Breakfast stuff tidied up just a bit too early
