Everything was good at property with the exception of: there definitely needs to be more than one coffee machine at breakfast, it is far too slow. Also, more staff required at reception

My room was above some sort of equipment that created a continuous hum in the room and you could feel the vibrations through the floor when I took my shoes off.
I might be getting old but I also found the ordering of food for dinner via a iPad on the table taxing and it took me at least 10 min to realise there was no option for tape water.

Overall this hotel is comparative to others I've tried in area, location Ok, but nothing round it if you fancy venturing out as on buisness park.
All staff appeared very nice and happy to help
However.....I got my room rate on an early deal, Im not sure if its value for money at regular rate advertised. My room was freezing, i was given a heater when i asked, but I would have struggled to stay in the room had this not been provided.

Pleasant on the whole. Cold room with a summer quilt in winter. Heating ineffective. We arrived late and wanted to rest. Instructions said need to wait and heating will kick in . It never did. A miserable night.
