The beds were very uncomfortable and seemed old.

The staff were incredible. The staff were all friendly and helpful it made our stay wonderful. It was our first trip to Liverpool and it was perfect from start to finish.

Great stay overall! The location was perfect — super convenient for everything I needed. As a member, I really appreciated the early check-in and the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast area was spacious and had a lovely view of the city, which made the mornings extra nice.

Lost an entire night sleep due to noise from fans they said they would have refunded my first night but because it was booked through equifax they couldn’t

The location is excellent and the parking is good value £6 for 24hrs. The staff are excellent particularly in the restaurant, when I told them I was coeliac they cooked me a delicious gluten free full english breakfast

Considering the hotel was opposite Lime Street Station, it was very quiet. Beakfast choice was very good. Very close to Empire Theatre and an easy walk from The Walker Gallery. So convenient will definitely stay again soon.

Good location for access to train station, shops and concert venue.

The staff were amazing recommend a great steak house for evening meal Rooms were lovely and location ideal for shopping and train

Good city centre hotel

Always a good choice if you need to be close to Lime Street station - for Early morning starts and access to Mersey Rail.

An excellent stay with friends for a city break. The hotel is very convenient in the city centre across the road from central railway station and next door to multi storey carpark which is £6/day with hotel discount. Sitting on the roof of a shopping centre it is so high up that there is little or no noise from the city below...staying on the 9th floor was so quiet and provided a brilliant view of the city below. Rooms were very clean and well serviced and everything worked. Likewise the restaurant with ample food selection at breakfast which was brilliantly restocked to keep pace with guest arrivals. All staff throughout the hotel were super friendly and helpful. a highly recommended hotel I will visit again. Well done all and thank you.

Great check-in / check-out experience. Wish had a mini fridge in the room as I had medications, that had to stay in my person, and needed to be kept cool. No venting in the bathroom. Not a big deal and we managed. Service in the dining room was superb. Front desk team were fantastic!!! Really appreciated how close to train station and proximity to the docks

Stayed here for 1 night and can't complain about anything. It's in a great location if you're arriving by train to Lime Street station (can't review the car parking). It leaves a little to be desired from the outside, but the inside is modern and clean. The staff were more than happy to hold our luggage until we were able to check-in and after we had checked out.

Very easy check in and we were able to have the room early. Nice clean and comfortable room no problems at all.
