Holiday Inn STOKE ON TRENT M6, JCT.15, an IHG Hotel

Lovely

It was a convenient hotel… the bed /pillows not too comfortable. The hot tub was closed, which was disappointing… as it didn’t state anywhere it was, until we were poolside. Breakfast - the food was good, but there were no tables ready for use (9.15am) and it doesn’t look welcoming to see dirty plates and cups on many tables and having to wait. Once a table was ready, were no plates for the hot buffet - a waitress did apologise and said there had been 160 for breakfast- they were all working flat out, but definitely needed more staff!

Another top stay, Friendly staff, Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great breakfast as well!

Good carpark. Clean room. Insufficient facilities in room - milk, water, enough teas and coffees and tissues. Good breakfast. Very pleasant staff.

Comfortable room with an excellent breakfast buffet

All the staff were very friendly. The hotel was nice. The gym was good, I did not use the pool. The food was fine for what it is.

Nice hotel with good quality facilities including a pool although it was a shame the jacuzzi was out of order. The customer service was excellent and on this basis I would recommend this hotel. Staff really went the extra mile. Food service was great with plenty of choices and quick service.

Excellent customer service from arrival to departure

Ollie on reception was very friendly and helpful and made the children feel really special. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful although two of our main meals took a very long time to come out. At breakfast the lady serving us was very helpful and friendly (sorry I don't remember her name) the staff went and got my son some gluten free brownies as he was upset that there was nothing sweet that was gluten free and his siblings were enjoying pancakes, croissants, cakes etc. We really appreciated that, although maybe it needs to be looked into for the future?

Stopped overnight on way to London. Room was clean and suitable for a couple or single. Breakfast was superb. Everything catered for. Free overnight parking. Swimming pool and gym. Excellent value for money.

The hotel looked tired but it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice for all tastes. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus.

The managers, reception and front of house staff were all amazing. Above and beyond at all times. A credit to the industry and exemplary customer service.

One night quick business trip en route North from Dorset. When you have been driving or working somewhere all day the really important thing when you get a to hotel is to get checked in quickly and get to your room... Not the case here. Had to wait 20 - 25 minutes as only one person Olly was on reception with a queue of around 6 people all waiting to check in. Painfully slow. Room was small but OK, pillows were foam rubber type and had seen better days. Some Holiday inns are great value for money, some areas have better Premier Inn's.... this one needs an upgrade. Breakfast was quite good and pretty standard.

We had a beautiful meal on the Saturday evening and great breakfast the next morning.
