CLEAN, STAFF EFFICENT FRIENDLY

Staff were nice and the room was nice.

Clean spacious room, reception manned 24/7. We stayed here before using the Eurostar, the terminal is only a 5 minute walk away. There are shops, restaurants and excellent transport links on the doorstep. We would 100% stay here again rather than use a large chain hotel.

An easy location to get to from Euston and st pancreas stations. Friendly staff and clean quiet room. Would stay again but hopefully not on the fourth floor with cases!

Comfortable and clean room for my one night stay. Very quiet with good location just a few minutes walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. Was able to check in early as room was available which was very helpful and appreciated. Room was not particularly large but perfectly ok for just me staying the one night. Good rate and recommended.

A really good, reasonably-priced option near King's Cross. Room was spotlessly clean and reception staff very helpful. Reception is 24 hour which is helpful for later arrival or enquiries. The room (single room) had a decent size bed, but the room itself was tiny - not a problem in itself but there was nowhere to put a suitcase! This was just a minor inconvenience though and I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay again. Even though my room was on the ground floor it was quiet.

Very nice hotel, had everything I needed and convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Adequate clean small room. Fire alarm went off 4am. False alarm. Subsequently went off intermittently from about 8am.

Clean room, comfy bed, toiletries and tea/coffee available, lovely staff, great location and amenities. Amazing, definitely recommend this hotel.

Budget hotel, it’s literally just meant for sleeping, showering. Don’t expect anything else. Staff nice but getting extra things was a pain like a blanket or paper

Great location for my trip, I wanted to be near the Kings Cross and Saint Pancras stations. Small room but well thought out with room to slide luggage under the bed and a small closet area. Very clean and seems recently updated with paint and carpet etc. Friendly and helpful staff made it a great stay.

Small but conveniently located for Kings Cross Station. I just needed a bed for the night and it met my needs. Ground floor room, but some creaky floorboards in the room above, as well as corridor chatter disturbed the otherwise very quiet room, which was unfortunate. Still, it served its intended purpose.

Booked a single room and boy is it small. Either you or your suitcase can fit on the floor next to the bed, but not both. Bathroom is microscopic with a wet room floor so keep the toilet paper away from the shower if you can

Pleasant staff. Very close to Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. Close to shops. British Museum about 18 minute walk away.
