Easy information for check in, well decorated but...plugs hanging off. wall lights not working, smelt of cigarette smoke and the shower was very weak and constantly changed from hot to cold. Very good value for a night's stay, just a few points that could be addressed

The check in phone app didn't work, but I was fortunate to have someone in the building who kindly took a photo of my driving license to forward on. Parking was also an issue.

As someone who travels a lot and stays in a variety of places, the check in and lack of reception others don’t like isn’t an issue for me. Easy process, good stay. Cheaper than everywhere else on Halloween.

Good value of money.

Looked good on website. Clicked Pay at Property but had link to pay and got email asking to pay in advance. Conflicting info on parking - cost different and wasn’t sure if bookable or not. No one on site. Room smelt odd. Peeling wallpaper, chipped paintwork, broken drawer, aerial cable broken so no tv, holes in carpet. More stress trying to resolve things and I stop in a lot of hotels

The room was basic and small, that was expected. What wasn’t expected was the overwhelming smell of cat urine among other unmentionable scents. Beyond that everything outside of the sheets were worn down, broken or not fit for purpose. I figured for one night I’d make the most of it. And then I tried the shower and got two minutes of water that was either scalding hot or freezing cold before it shut off completely. So there I am covered in soap and couldn’t even rinse off. I even tried the sink and that was off as well. At this point I couldn’t wait to get out there. I’m just itchy as hell thinking of this dump and will never stay again.

The hotel is well decorated, clean and the bed is comfy. However, it's extremely overpriced for what it is. I stayed one night in the tiny single room which is TINY. It smelled strongly of drains and the room was very stuffy. Also worth nothing that the rooms are not sound proof so you can hear every time someone comes up the stairs, talking next door and the traffic and night life outside. So much that they do provide ear plugs (which I was grateful for) Check in was easy enough and decent location.

It was good. Was clean and tidy. It was very close to town which was very convenient. We really liked it.

boutique look and comfortable Modern and clean A good range of facilities On bus route to town centre - Really difficult to locate, no name on door so it's not clear even if you get to the house number if your In the right place. The automatic check in on the door was hard to use particularly on an evening as there was no porch light. It's not Ideal having no onsite reception as if you encounter problems with things you aren't able to address them in person and rely on a phonecall. Guests in the room next door were really inconsiderate , up talking till 4am. Ignored requests to quieten down so given noise was clearly heard through the walls it made it really difficult to sleep. I didn't get much sleep as a whole overnight. There were a few things in the room needing attention e.g. a wire poking out the wall in the room, limited plug sockets at normal height ( nowhere to plug kettle or appliances in) , could do with a mirror on the wall 😄 n the bedroom and a bin in the bathroom. A plug socket on the wall near the bed was not very secure. Door handle on inside of bathroom door broken. Poor shower power. Is okay for one night if you want a cheap stay somewhere but I'm not sure I'd stay again.

The lied about having private bathroom there is a bathroom out of your room upstairs you have to leave your room go upstairs to get to there it’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen, they have to mention it then you can decide whether book it or not. It has even the same price with the normal rooms(with the toilet inside)

Nice room very quiet away from the main part of Brighton. Only negative was the shower, was either freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. That being said would definitely stay again.

Not worth the money at all. The rooms are smaller than advertised on your website. The inrernet service is variable and TV doesnt work properly. Entering the buidling is not easy or clear. There is no front desk. You rely on email or calling to speak to someone.

Everything is virtual with this hotel, and I never had any interaction with the staff. The room was a good size but it was a little tired.
