Fast and efficient when serving food the only slant I would have is that they need better quilts for the cold winter nights but otherwise very pleased with this hotel

Lovely room for the price we paid, we stayed for a few days over from Northern Ireland to see family. The staff were very accommodating and always checked to see if we needed room service. We ordered from the restaurant downstairs a they brought it up for us. The staff over all where lovely and we would stay again.

No breakfast or meals at hotel you have a short walk across to the pub…but there is a Q/R code to order food from room and you can go collect…Good thing is lots of shops near by, room wasn’t very clean and bed wasn’t that comfortable. But overall for one night stay on our travels to see family wasn’t bad. Friendly staff and good selection of food on the menu.

The hotel is very clean and the staff in the adjacent bar are really great. The only down side is that there is nowhere comfortable to sit in the room to watch tv for example.

Property, location and service were all excellent, but the bed was so hard we'd have been more comfortable on the floor. This led to a poor nights sleep so we wouldnt return on those grounds alone unfortunately.

We checked in at 2 but had to wait until 3 in the restaurant with one complimentary drink. The room was clean and functional however the bed was VERY firm and we did wake with some aches and pains.
