King's Head Hotel by Greene King Inns

Hotel was in a great central location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, very clean. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the hotel. Our room was absolutely unbearable as we were at the very top of the building.

Great location and lovely old building. The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly, professional and efficient. The en suite could do with some basic modernising. The room was also too hot, so we had to open a window, which let the noise in from the high street.

It was clean. The tea and coffee was plentiful. The room was very hot but the night temperature was quite high being summer. The breakfast was extremely good value.

Free parking available. Easy and fast check in. Room was spacious. Friendly staff

The bed was comfortable. The pillow was firm. The room and bathroom were big. The only issue was noise. We stayed on Sat night and you could hear people outside in the square in the early hours. The floorboards were noisy and you could occasionally hear people talking in the corridor outside the room

Great central location and friendly staff. Room and bathroom could do with updating. Problem on the morning of check out ...no hot water in the whole of hotel. Which was known to staff. Therefore no hot water to be able to shower or wash.

Overall very good.

Every thing was good,creaking floor boards in the room need attention but nothing else.

Great staff. Lovely room and bed. Personally I prefer a separate shower where you can easily get under the head. Unlike the bath showers. Will return for sure.

Came down to Wimborne for a family funeral - we had the wake in the hotel. Everyone was looked after extremely well - all the staff were great. We stopped in the hotel overnight - room was clean, bright and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty to eat

The hotel was wam and comfortzble, plentof hot water. Found it difficult to find car park as Greens Kings Head distracting as not quite the same as hotel name.

Hotel is basic but generally clean. Rooms need some tlc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had some rowdy drunk guests above us so had a dreadful night’s sleep.

It was very good value for money, bed was very comfortable, room very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It does need a little TLC in places but it’s a character property and the maintenance is probably endless. Breakfast was good. Location is brilliant, in the centre of Wimborne. And there was parking!

Nice hotel, convenient for Tivoli Theatre. Guys behind the desk friendly and informative. Very comfy bed!

Very good stay but bath water was brown and water not hot enough.

Great location lovely little town. The reception were very informative and nice and the beds were comfortable. The only thing is the shower needed updating

Close to Tivoli theatre. Comfortable surroundings. Our room was clean and a. good size. Bed was really comfortable. Tea and coffee there if needed.We met up with friends for evening meal, service was really good and our meals were lovely. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The only fault was towel radiator in the ensuite was not working. As we were only staying for one night and not aware it was not working until late evening, we only informed hotel reception when checking out.
