Booked this hotel for an overnight stay in London with friends the hotel was clean and very welcoming the staff were friendly and helpful would highly recommend

Great stay at the mercure London Bridge. Location was excellent for what we needed (an afternoon tea @the royal exchange and a visit the following day to borough market). Gus on reception was particularly helpful, our first room was too hot (we didn’t realise the window could open - but nonetheless Gus was happy to provide us with an alternative, cooler room.

We had a nice stay. The location was great for the plans we had in London (close to Waterloo and Borough Market).
