Mercure Salisbury White Hart Hotel & Apartments

My husband and I had a lovely weekend supporting Chingford Parish Choir at the Cathedral. The Hotel is really close to the Cathedral and as I use a Rollator to help me walk it was ideal. The room was well equipped and comfortable and the staff were all very helpful, especially Jack on Reception. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning and had a nice meal Saturday evening. There is a good disabled toilet on the ground floor but no lift to the bedrooms which would be helpful. I managed but not everyone would be able to. Salisbury is a delightful town and really worth visiting and the Cathedral is absolutely beautiful.

Only arrived late last night Cannot comment yet on anything else , staff lovely, a few issues with maintenance of the room and cleanliness was not great

I had a very lovely stay here, Jack and Alex W on the front desk where very helpful as well. The bar staff were fabulous as well, especially Maddie, who was very friendly. June in the breakfast room in the morning was very kind and polite as well. I stayed in one of the apartments across the car park which was very modern and had an area where you can cook. (Although I couldn’t see and frying or saucepans, I didn’t need to use any) but there was also a Nespresso coffee machine as well. There was also comfortable Air Conditioning/Heating which was controllable. There were also free bathroom amenities too. Would recommend to stay here.
