Please note that a valid photo ID corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. Group bookings of 3 or more rooms are prepaid and non‑refundable. Flexible rates do not apply and will be adjusted after booking. If the revised terms are declined, the cancellation will be free of charge. Standard check‑in is from 15:00, and check‑out is by 11:00. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 25 per hour will apply for Early check in from 13:00 and late check out until 13:00. All requests for check-in and check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Reception is open daily from 11:00 to 22:00. A self-check-in kiosk is available outside reception hours. Baby cots are available on request for EUR 25 per night, subject to availability and prior confirmation by the property. Extra beds are not available. Please inform the property in advance of your estimated arrival time using the special requests box when booking or by contacting the property directly with the details provided in your confirmation. Guests arriving after 11:00 will receive check-in instructions before arrival. Quiet hours are between 23:00 to 08:00 . Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
