Prince Hill House

Excellent. Lucy (the lady who lets the property) provides an excellent service. Nothing too much trouble. Very large suite. Excellent kitchen and facilities. Breakfast on the fridge. Very comfortable. Cannot speak too highly of my stay.

Outstanding in every respect. This is an awesome House (better than an ordinary hotel) fit for a king.

One of the most beautiful places that we have ever stayed! A very historic gorgeous home. The gardens and fruit trees are amazing. We stayed in the very spacious Eisenhower room with views overlooking their very large yard. Breakfast was incredible with all sorts of homemade items. Lucy the owner is always avaliable to help and she is so kind. We parked onsite in their gated lot. The perfect spot if you are planning a Stonehenge trip or drive to Salisbury Cathedral. A most memorable stay for us.

Amazing property and perfect host

Fantastic accommodation with a welcoming host, Lucy. Ample provisions provided for breakfast taking into consideration allergies etc. A most comfortable stay for our family of 5 in the penthouse suite. Would definitely visit again.

This was an amazing stay! The history of the house and it’s delightful restoration are fascinating. Do spend time walking the lovely gardens. The well appointed house, grounds and the hospitality were memorable. Our gracious host, Lucy, was warm and accomodating. We were late arriving and she was ever gracious and capably helped find a nearby excellent Gastropub to squeeze us in for dinner. The room, bed, bath and breakfast were each excellent! We highly recommend!!

Breakfast was amazing -- homemade jam and yogurt among other things! We will definitely stay again. Wifi was spotty, but we weren't in much need for it.

This grand old house has been meticulously restored by the owners Lucy and David, and is just beautiful. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and huge - as was the bathroom. The breakfast room / orangery is stunning and bright with large windows onto a lovely garden. Despite being a historic property it’s been recently decorated so feels fresh and clean. If you like corporate and standardised hotels this is not for you - it’s a B&B (a home, really) with a personal, romantic touch. Ps the owners have local recommended restaurants and sights on their website, and are just lovely.

We had a lovely stay at the Prince Hill House. We were welcomed by Lucy who was a wonderful host and we were immediately upgraded to a suite which was beautiful and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a lovely cooked breakfast and the fruit and yoghurt was really tasty. Lucy was very helpful, full of knowledge about the local area and able to give us directions and tips on where to park. Overall we had a fantastic stay in a very beautiful house set in lovely grounds. I would definitely recommend it.
