I loved the property and especially the room I was given was perfect for me. The window in that room was also something I enjoyed. The staff was also very helpful, which I appreciated. Thank you very much.

perfect hotel & location for the o2. Stayed the night here for 2 MMA events happening over the weekend. Booked to stay 1 night. DLR 5 mins walk away and a quick change onto the jubilee line and at the arena within 20/30 mins
Some of this is obviously depending how busy they are. Checked in and they put me in a double room even though I booked single. Also I stayed Friday night and checked out Saturday but they let me leave the car there all day until after the event late Saturday. Cant thank them enough for this, so thank you. Obviously this will depend how many cars are on site.
Nothing was any trouble anything you need just ask, Hotel clean and spotless. Beds comfy, towels and wash soap. Tea/coffee kettle in the room, everything you need from a room
Will be back again if going to the o2 or excel

Small room. Couldn’t fully open door to bathroom as it hit the bed. A/c not working. Sink cold water pressure so low couldn’t rinse sink out after brushing teeth. Shower head scaled up and low pressure.

I was pleasantly surprised at how tastefully the room is freshly renovated. The manager was also very professional and treated me like he valued my business. I stayed at the annex across the street from the main building and the manager walked me over there after check in and helped me with my luggage up the 3 flight of stairs. There is no elevator. He also offered me repeatedly to help me with my luggage when I was checking out. The neighborhood looks a little blighted.

Convenient for DLR (5 minute walk straight down the road), which connects to underground, although you need to be aware that trains stop in the evening (not sure when) so you may then need to get a bus, taxi or Uber etc.
The Prince Regent DLR. station is right next to the Excel arena.

The parking situation was fantastic for our situation. The room was a little on the small side but was more than adequate for a couple of nights. We didnt mind the few seconds walk across the road and the service we received was great. We will defintely consider staying when we visit London again in the car.

Guy on the desk when we first checked in was a little moody and short, didn’t even get a hello, just a slight nod of head. When I asked him about parking and where to find it, he replied in quite a snappy tone with “yeah hang on I’m coming to show you!” little uncalled for, was only asking a question…
Room was really clean, but it was ever so small. Wasn’t a major issue as we were only there for one night.
Guy on the desk when we checked out the next morning, lovely as pie! Greeted us, asked how we were and how our stay was, very courteous and polite.

Great location for events at the London Excel Exhibition Centre, or the local area. If you love a drink at the pub, be prepared for a long walk - but walkable. Not a standard hotel but a set of house conversions, so a case of to each their own. Not too bad otherwise but not sure I’ll use the same in future.

Best thing secure parking! Breakfast good. Good for Excel and then to get into the centre of London. Down side, bed up to wall one side, sorry.

Working in the excel round the corner. Stayed local. Able to check in late (midnight) and was given an upgrade from the annex to a double room with balcony. Lovely staff!
