Only a one night stay didn't use the restaurant or bar so can't comment but quick easy and friendly check in and a modern, comfortable well appointed room. Car parking is off site but only a few minutes walk, (wouldn't have liked it if it was raining).
Well located an easy walk into the centre and cathedral.
Would be happy to stay again.

The whole stay was excellent, right from checking in. Staff were professional and friendly. The food was outstanding. Our room was clean and comfy. Excellent shower and very comfy bed and pillows. I really appreciated having a hairdryer, iron and ironing board included. We will absolutely stay there again.

Very central location, walk to historical pubs, cafes and Salisbury cathederal. Stone henge is a 20minute drive away. Hotel has no lift and no opening windows, upper area is a maze so could be a fire trap in an emergency. Nice friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and everything well laid out and presented.
Parking is some 200 metres away, which is fine since hotel is very central, but you can park on side street drop off luggage and then park the car in car parking space.
