The room was spotless, clean and spacious. Very disappointed that the fridge was removed Staff were superb. It’s a shame there are no plug sockets closer to the bed but that’s trivial. I would recommend to reserve parking under the hotel which is very secure as spaces are limited

Surprised to find on arrival that this is no longer a Raddison hotel. It is now owned by Majestic. Not much has changed since our last stay and the booking was ok but I am surprised the hotel or Expedia did not let us know. The breakfast was quite basic.

2/5 — Not in a hurry to return The room itself was fine — clean, a decent size, no complaints there. But it’s clearly overdue a refurbishment; it all felt a bit tired and dated. The real disappointment was breakfast. For what you’d expect from a hotel of this price, it simply wasn’t good enough. The hot food selection was baffling — sweet potatoes made an appearance, but basics like fried eggs and hash browns were nowhere to be seen. Worse still, what little was out had clearly been sitting there for some time and was barely lukewarm. There’s really no excuse for that. The room saves it from a one-star, but the breakfast alone would put most people off returning. It wouldn’t put me off staying in the area again — just not here.

Great location but the hotel was tired and despite booking a family room we had to speak to reception a number of times to make the sofa bed and bring towels for everyone. Staff were very attentive but the hotel has seen better days. Definately not a 4 star standard on my opinion.

Very limited parking and if you don't get in the option is an NCP carpark down the road which is very expensive. 2 lifts that seem to ignore direction arrows. Ended up on the 13th floor several times trying to get to ground. On the plus side, comfy bed, soft pillows and good location
