The room was beautiful and clean with a great views . Staff were lovely Breakfast was huge 😋 great choices ... The spa was booked up didnt expect that but we will book that ahead next time we will definitely be coming back soon

Excellent hotel, huge room with separate bath and walk in rain shower. The overall room was comfortable with some nice additions such as a Nespresso machine and a smart TV. Restaurant was good, bit pricey for what it is but acceptable. Recommended!

Lovely friendly staff but they didn't seem to know anything. There was no mention about breakfast times and location etc on check in. We asked about the pool but the staff in the main building didn't know whether it was included or not (it's not). When searching for a hotel, I specifically selected Air Con as a filter, but what I didn't realise until too late, is the rooms that came up on my search don't have any - fortunately it cooled down the night we were there. Lovely big rooms.

The spa is NOT part of the hotel so don't get excites when you book it. This is vital biit of information is not mentioned on the expedia website nor the fact it's a buffer breakfast which was very basis

Second stay and a whole much better. Breakfast excellent as ever, room facilities were in good condition, including a working fridge except for a broken window handle. Still couldn't turn the radiator off, so too hot and the Spa could be more accessible with priority given to staying guests.

The property is a very lovely wedding venue. Sadly the restaurant team let the side down by lack of experience, slow service, lack of knowledge. The coffee at breakfast was disgusting and undrinkable. However, the wedding planners were brilliant and the wedding dinner was fab. I would definitely recommend to go here

The hotel was nice, good location and everything in great condition However, I was unhappy with the booking experience and would want to bring this to other people's attention. On your website the hotel was advertised as having a spa etc and the room I booked made no mention of that not being included. I therefore booked the room on a non refundable basis and then rang to make a booking for the spa and was told the spa was not included in the price. I was very unhappy about this as I could have booked a cheaper hotel but chose this one because of the spa. Basically, it is not advertised correctly and I was not happy, but the hotel itself and my stay generally was good
