We had a friendly greeting on arrival. The person checking us in went through what we needed to know efficiently. The accommodation was clean, smart and well laid out and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of cooked options. The staff at all points were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and would happily recommend here to others

What a great place! Nice room, the only issue would be a cream colour carpet in the room thant shows stains from walking outside.
The staff were just fantastic and the breakfast and dinning experience were excellent.

Perfect great staff. Food was very good breakfast was very good and it starts at 7am.
WIFI was good and plenty of free parking.
The rooms are not the biggest but they have everything you need water, coffee, tea, chocolate ,biscuits ,iron, tv. hair dryer, Fan and even a gun safe.
100% I would stay here again

What a beautiful Inn. Check In was quick and we were greeted by lovely, friendly staff.
The rooms are really tastefully decorated with lovely bed linen and a nice well appointed bathroom
The breakfast menu was really extensive and what we had was really nice and quality food.
Would wholeheartedly recommend.

A really lovely place to stay, the room was more than expected and was quiet, comfortable and spacious.
The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the food was way above expectations.

The room needed the carpet cleaned and the skirting boards re painted.
The rest was fine.
Breakfast was poor. The eggs Benedict was very poor.
It’s a dish that if not always correct ,in all ways ,should not be on the breakfast menu at all.

This is a very comfortable and easy place to stay, and great value. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If we need somewhere to stay in the Woking area then The Inn West End will always be our first choice.

Every member of staff was exceptional. The room was cozy and well presented. We ate in the restaurant and it was really nice. Breakfast was great, too.
