Absolutely fantastic stay - we loved everything about our experience and hope to be back! Breakfast was incredible, and we appreciated lots of little thoughtful touches at the property. Highly recommend!

The Laindons B&B offers an amazing experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable and our hosts had thought of everything a guest could possibly need and more. The included breakfast was wonderful home cooking and the owners are incredible, being engaging and extremely considerate. I will absolutely return to Hastings and when I do will only consider staying at the Laindons. I cannot imagine finding better.

The attention to my diet and friendliness also the confort of the entire place was like home away from home.

First class guest house. The hosts, Karen & Malcolm, and their staff member were terrifically hospitable and convivial. My double room - designated G was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Every need seemed to have been catered for, including mini-bar / fridge / snacks etc. Tea / coffee etc. Dressing gowns if required and luxurious toiletries. The breakfast room had super views and I thought the freshly prepared breakfast itself was incredibly delicious and filling and deserving of the highest praise possible. The guest house provided free parking permits for between 4.00pm and 11.00am. Outside of those times you need to deal with payment yourself and the local council run car park - which is just 2 minutes walk away charges £8.70 for the 5 hours between 11.00am and 4.00pm if required. I had a really enjoyable 2 night stay and would highly recommend this guest house.

The hosts - Karen & Malcolm were so hospitable & helpful. The Laindons Guest House is situated in an excellent location in Old Town, Hastings. The Red room was very comfortable, top quality bed linen and the facilities throughout the property are sublime with every attention to detail made. The selection & quality of the produce at breakfast was outstanding - locally sourced & we would thoroughly recommend the home mage Granola with berry compote - exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for Malcolm who oversees the breakfast service. Would definitely recommend this establishment & we wouldn’t look to stay anywhere else in Old Town, Hastings when we return in future.

Absolutely beautiful boutique b and b where everything has been designed, styled and thought through to perfection! Gorgeous room, enormous bed, delicious breakfast and I even came away with a new haircut as there is a salon on site!

Perfect base for exploring Hastings and the surrounding area, lovely property run by superb hosts in Malcolm and Karen, and a fantastic breakfast awaits to kick start the day.

Had a wonderful two night stay. Malcolm and Karen couldn’t have been more hospitable and friendly. The whole b&b was spotless and they’d truly thought of everything you could want from a stay away from home. The breakfast was delicious, as was the chocolate cake and biscuits that they’d made for us! The location is also perfect. Couldn’t recommend more and my mum and I will be back!

The property was short walk to quirky old town.malcolm and karen are excellent hosts they could not do enough for you and the breakfast was amazing highly recomend

Thank you to our lovely hosts for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this superior B&B. I loved the location in Old Town, the tasteful decorations, our beautiful room and comfy bed, the quiet lounge with interesting books and art (and delicious home made chocolate cake), the sunny breakfast room and yummy breakfast.

Room was quite spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Good breakfast options. A minor thing. There was no latch for the door and the door has to be locked using the keys from inside. This could mean someone could pop into our room if it was not locked from inside. It would have been if there wa a blackout curtain to keep the room completely dark at night during summer months.

Love this place, gorgeous rooms, all with incredibly comfortable beds, luxurious bed linen and toiletries. Breakfast is outstanding. This place is an absolute gem in a perfect location. Honestly I cannot rate it highly enough.
