The Old Bridge Inn, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire

Good position in centre of Holmfirth. Unfortunately lots of road works going on. Pleasant friendly staff. Good variety for breakfast. Carpet on stairs and corridors very marked. Rooms very clean.

An enjoyable stay but stairs to room was difficult for us although staff were very helpful with luggage. Room was tiny but OK for one night. Food good, reasonably priced and plentiful. All staff friendly and helpful and Holmfirth itself delightful.

Great location to stay over if you are attending an event at the excellent Picturedrome venue literally next door. Cracking bar with selection of ales. Nice food. Room we had was small but fine for just one night. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Super tasty meals. Spotless room. Couldn't fault it and would definitely stay again.

Our room was overlooking the rear of the hotel, which wasn't a problem, but there was a bar outside which was blasting music out until 12.45am. The rooms are clean but need a little updating. Having said that, we would stay again.

The location suited us perfectly. The room serviced our needs perfectly and with the dining and bar facilities it made for a great stay. Next time we are here we will extend our stay.

No issues… staff were friendly and attentive..

It was the last room available, it was small and the shower was hard to get un and out of that was the only bad point ,the hotel and staff were great,and the food was excellent.

We have just got home from a lovely two night stay at The Bridge Inn. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were given a warm welcome. The room that we booked was a cosy double. It was everything we expected. It was small but adequate for our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of complimentary tea, coffee , hot chocolate and biscuits in the room and a good size TV. The bathroom was also small but again adequate for a short stay. The toiletries were of high spec and the towels were large and soft. The food in the hotel was delicious and of high quality. The restaurant was always busy, which is always a good sign. I can honestly say that the breakfast was the nicest we'd ever had in a hotel. There was a great choice on both the restaurant menu and the breakfast menu. Thd hotel is right in the heart of Holmfirth so everything is on your doorstep. I would just like to say a special mention about Tate who was always attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff were brilliant though. We will definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay.. arrived at the hotel

Food , very nice, although restaurant was very dusty and cobwebs in lampshades over dining table. Staff really lovely and helpful.

A really good value for money stay inc breakfast was hard to beat.

Small rooms, dated rooms poor restaurant

The old bridge hotel is a great place to stay, so central to everything in holmfirth. The evening meal and breakfast were really nice. Disappointed in the upstairs snd bedrooms, very dated and looking old and sad 😔
