The Queens Hostel

This was a very nice experience and I wish i had booked this earlier. It would have made my stay more enjoyable

Actually a nice hostel which was kinda cosy and like a home from home for one night. Staying here longer is better as you have a kitchen and stuff to use and you’re in a good area for shopping. I will deffo go back soon for a few days as its location is great for transport all over city.

The Hostel is fully riddled with bedbugs. The management do not how how to handle the situation and get really aggressive when you tell them the truth . It's a lovely place but it requires a management that cares about the guests. If you are concerned about your health , please avoid this hostel. The manager is quite hostile when you speak to her regarding the situation. The place needs to be closed for health and safety reasons. Giovanni YANFUL ( stayed for 1,5 months) Withing this time period the management did not change the beds. Avoid completely.

Pleasant weekend stay , really good

Great value for money hostal compared to the other I tested this summer . Shame I had to get all the farty blokes in my room . Would be nice to have separated female from male rooms

Quiet no sress

Good kitchen, location near low income housing (maybe single women should avoid it), seemingly disorganized with regard to bed/room arrangements - they couldn't decide initially where I was to sleep, limited reception times so checking out and getting deposits back can be a problem. I paid to hire a locker (which was refunded) but the key which I was given could open other lockers so security-wise it was no good!

I say bolloxs Smoked clove cigs Face mask only on for the camera angles Peaked cap also. Tapping away on his phone furiously. Tearing down the firewall. Walked west from the hostel Sports bag on back I bet you loose site of him in all the cctv These guys coverall the bases

I've stayed here a lot recently, this stint being from 23rd Nov.. for the cost, facilities and location, you can't complain, watch out for the cleaner, don't get on her wrong side,

I was only staying for one night, and the manager whose name is Gee, was very friendly and approachable. Unlikely, other hostels I had stayed previously, staying in the queens hostel feels an additional personal touch lacking in others that i had stayed. The room was spacious though I would prefer the locker to be a bit bigger, but as I was not bringing a luaggage with me, I think it didn't affect me. I just put my valuables in there, and the rest on my bed, which feel quite safe. There are others who stayed there who are quite friendly, and easy to talk to during breakfast, which i had enjoyed. Overall, happy with my experience.
