Free upgrade to a suite with brilliant views. Staff go above and beyond in their service. Breakfast was excellent and had a good choice. Opted for valet parking which was straightforward.

An amazing experience, we stayed the night for my wife's 40th birthday, the staff went over & above to make it memorable.
I can't thank them enough, they made us extremely welcome, from the concierge to waiting staff, everything was impeccable. Yes there is a price attached to this level of service but it was worth every penny.
I'd definitely recommend & hoping to return again in the future.

We stayed for just one night to celebrate my wife's birthday, The Ritz staff whre amazing on arrival and all the time we where there , breakfast was superb.
I think if we stayed again i would like a room away from piccadilly main street as the engine noise from cars was loud .

Opulent and beautiful but yes dated. Doorman was slightly rude upon my arrival as if I didn't belong at the Ritz or something. But the service was outstanding and everyone was kind. There was an old smell in the hallways and stains on the rug. We would stay at a newer establishment next time.

A wonderful experience as a treat for my mum at Christmas, although we have dined in The Ritz before this was our first stay which was upgraded to a suite. Excellent customer service, warm, friendly and inviting. The food was delicious as always. The suite was absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend, it is now our choice of hotel when visiting London, having previously stayed at The Savoy.
