Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, beds/bedding really comfortable. Breakfast great choice and love the late check out at 12. They will also look after your bags on check out day for collection later if needed. Definitely recommend 👍

Good location and the staff were very good. The main issue I had was that the fridge in the room doesn’t work at all. The light comes on when you open the door but that was about it literally didn’t cool at all.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Stratford. It was perfect for what we needed. It was really clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, nothing wasn't too much trouble. We had breakfast one morning which was amazing for a buffet breakfast. Great selection. Definitely stay here again
