The Westminster London Curio Collection by Hilton

This is a very nice property. We really didn't get a chance to evaluate for a proper review. The staff is amazing! The airlines delayed our luggage and the night staff made sure we got it ASAP when it finally arrived around midnight. Would definitely stay again

The best Birthday

I would have given 5 star for this experience. The room was absolutely gorgeous and very very clean. Every single staff member was really nice. Even though the meal was very expensive it was definitely worth it! But when we woke up and went for breakfast, we waited 20 minutes for our fried eggs. The chef was making single omlettes & there was no hash browns. We got excited about the sign on top of the 2nd toaster stating there was Gluten free bread available on request and then we notice people putting normal bread into the 2nd toaster which would have been a disaster if we didn’t see this. Also the same tongs were used to pick up the sausages and the bacon, whih again for my son is cross contamination. Luckly new bacon came out and he quickly picked some up with his own fork! The cereal looked great and they had lots of oat milk but the cereals were not labels. Im not one to complain but my son looked very sad so thought I would share so others dont get disappointed. I wanted to let somebody know but my son then said somebody had now taken our seats, even though a reserved sign was placed on our table. After all this I just wanted to go back to by room and sleep. The morning experiene has put me off breakfast for life. I would have rather spend those extra hours having a lay in... So if you want a 5 star experience, drop out the breakfast and save yourself some money. Especially if one of you have allergies. Breakfast was the only thing that made this experience 4 star.

No sports channels carrying football (soccer). Bathroom a bit strange. Enter from hallway into sink area. Separate doors for toilet and shower stalls. Pocket, sliding door to close off from sleeping area. Staff was very helpful, and hotel very clean.

The bathroom shower was not designed to drain properly.So we were always having to clean up the floor from all the water.

Excellent hotel, great location

We had a wonderful experience at The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in any of our plans. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just another room with nothing more to offer than a basic bed.

Very friendly service for the most part. The room was clean and housekeeping came everyday of my stay. The location was good and close to the Big Ben and London Eye

Great stay and centrally located as well.

Very clean and modern hotel. We felt safe and comfortable here. Front desk staff and tour assistants were very warm & helpful. Our only minor qualm is that daily cleaning/room service did not go above and beyond like the other staff in the hotel. For example, not swapping out used cups, not leaving extra supplies in the room and neglecting to leave adequate clean towels. Replenishment of supplies was very minimal. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

The accomodations were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spa like. Nice to come back to after a long day of walking. The breakfasts were just ok. The coffee machines were constantly breaking so it became almost impossible to get a cup of decade coffee. The one time I had some potatoes which they had just put out they were cold. So not great food.
