Stayed two nights and had a great experience. Staff were helpful friendly. Dining next door was great.

Excellent stay. Lovely spotless room. Very nice breakfast.

Bit of a pain having to park down the road and the shower temperature was very difficult to control. Food was good, staff were helpful and service was good.

I was there to work a geocaching event. The hotel was near everything you could need, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Easy to check in and out, pub had great food and drinks, great view from our room as well, loved the town!

No bath mat to soak up water - very poor condition of the room which was rather surprising - they need to spend some money updating the room….it was depressing inside with ugly worn BROWN carpet!

Comfortable bed, all be it a basic room, with a shared bathroom

Lovely old pub with option of room only or B&B, so we were able to have a lie-in in the morning!

Huge rooms, sparkling and massive bathroom, really friendly staff. I arrived in the middle of a music night, very enjoyable, as was the excellent Hereford Pale Ale from the bar. Breakfast was extremely good especially the (local) bacon. The bed was comfy though it occasionally creaked. Lovely little place and a bargain for the night.

White Hart is a lovely local pub with rooms above, only issue is off-road parking

Lovely old world hotel. Nice breakfast. The only fault was we were put in a room at top of the building, 4 landings and 36 stairs. Although elderly we managed but with some impaired mobility it wouldn't be good. Suggested to manager that they put a note on the site for this room booking. It was also a shared bathroom which was my fault for not reading it properly.

RUDE CHECK-IN RUINED THE WHOLE STAY After much effort of trying to park my car nearby (abs nightmare given the traffic, no parking at the white hart inn and limited parking in the village) I arrived to the white hart inn at 2.49 a full 11 mins before the actual check in of 15:00. I was greeted by the woman in charge snapping, "3 O CLOCK", without a glance in my direction. Abs lovely!!!! Who would ever be polite and say hello, how you are,... On daring to ask where I could park. There was a dismissive, "OVER THERE TURN LEFT bla bla bla"...again without  a glance in my direction. After it reached the 15:00 magical time the woman then barked, "WHAT'S YOUR NAME", at which point the next bark was "U NEED TO PAY £X's", but on pointing out I had prepaid she checked the system and stopped demanding money. I was then thrusted my keys and told "YOUR ROOM IS UPSTAIRS". As I did not know where the stairs were I thought better of asking again and went hunting. Whilst attempting to find my room I came across some other guests also hunting for their roo, so was pleased to know I was not alone in the game of 'give us a clue' when being given the room key. Other items to note: - Parking is not free and about 5 mins walk away, - The room: - Basic and somewhat clean - Walls are paper thin - The window didn't lock (with roof walk way outside), - Limited plug sockets, - Clear corrugated plastic used for ceiling / roof on landing

This was a great venue. Yummy food, comfortable & big rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Lovely all round

The room was lovely, warmnand comfortabe. I stayed for 3 nights, each night inreturned it had been cleaned, newbtea / coffee etc. The food downstairs was really nice. The only downside - BOOK IT DIRECTLY WITH THEM NOT ON 3RD PARTY SITE. If booked direct it includes belreakfast if younbook via any other website breakfast is not included

Bed was comfy.and clean,room was ok,It was noisy through the night as had to share a bathroom with other guests.
