Lovely hotel and staff. At check-in, Lucy assisted us and gave us a map of the city. She told us all we needed to know about dining options at the hotel and was very pleasant. The restaurant was great and food was delicious. Breakfast is made to order!! The hotel is very convenient and within walking distance to all points of interest. Highly recommend!!

Love this hotel with Shakespeare's theme. The dinning area and the corridors are filled with interesting paintings and posters with the writer. The dinning room was excellent. Breakfast is excellent and wonderful service. Should have tried the dinner. Very stylist and beautiful building at the heart of the center.

A pleasant welcome at reception and the location is good for the town centre and RSC. The rooms, whilst not high spec, have character and provide all the amenities you need.
The evening meal and breakfast were very mediocre as was front of House service.
To overcharge you for dinner and not even apologise ( though I did get a refund) didn’t make me think I would return .

Room was nice but walls need touching up and four pillows were all hard which was a
shame. Really should have soft snd hard .
Breakfast service was good but disappointing that i had to send eggs Benedict back as both eggs were hard. When it was replaced one was still hard .

Fantastic stay staff incredibly helpful. Room was just a tad too hot and couldn’t get the temperature to lower on the ac and then sounds silly but the shower was cold and couldn’t get to warm up. However this didn’t spoil our stay.

This is a great place to stay in Stratford. Affordable too. it's right around the corner from Shakepeare;s birth house and it dates back to the 1400s. Shakespeare probably drank here!.
The dining options and the food was very good. I loved it.
