Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. really went the extra mile for you. Rooms were clean with very comfy beds. Right next to the seafront whilst avoiding the noise that the main street brings.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Paul and Yvette were excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble. My husband had a cooked breakfast every morning and he said it was the best breakfast he had. Will hopefully return next year.

Very experienced hoteliers. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were just right. Perfectly placed for easy access to all atractions yet placed in a quiet area away from pubs and amusements. Highly recommend

From the minute we arrived we were taken care of. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul and Yvette, they are both warm and welcoming. Our room had a very unexpected seaview and was tastefully decorated with a great bed that was so comfortable, we both slept soundly. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. An absolute pleasure. We stayed at Wellington hotel from 19th August to 21st August 2022 and had a fabulous time. Hotel was quiet during our stay so there was no bar service, but there is plenty to keep you entertained in Blackpool. We stayed in room 6 which was spotless and the bed was comfortable. We had a delicious hot cooked breakfast both mornings and throughout our stay the owners Paul and Evette made you feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a festival and very impressed. Lovely hosts, spotless room with the basic amenities you need with a great breakfast every morning. While only a few steps off the main Promenade this hotel is very quiet which is ideal when you want to switch off from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool. Very close to the tram as well for those with restricted mobility.

Really enjoyed our stay. Paul and Yvette were really lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The family room was big enough for 3, with a good shower and the breakfast was great. Location was good, being just a few steps back from the promenade and about halfway between the tower and the Pleasure Beach. Be aware, on street parking is extremely limited. We got lucky and got parked about 200 yards up the street but at busier times this would probably be unlikely. WiFi isn’t strong and didn’t really connect at all in the room. Not a big deal though. If you can sort parking, I’d definitely recommend the hotel for convenience and value.

Excellent. Arrived in Blackpool long before check in time but was ok to leave luggage with them.

From start to finish was brilliant. Room was clean and tidy. All beds where comfortable. Staff where so nice even took time to learn all of our names including the kids. They definitely know how to make scrambled egg if was absolutely smashing .

Fantastic hosts, ideally situated, very clean and everything you want from a Blackpool B&B. Would 100% recommend to stay.

This is a little gem. The owners can’t do enough for you. Helped us in with our luggage parked our car up as there was no room at the front, the room smelt clean and lovely, breakfast was great even gave my son a birthday card. Nothing is too much trouble we definitely use again. Thank you so much.

Had a lovely few days at this nice, friendly hotel. Wonderful hosts who did everything to make it a happy stay. Nice en-suite room with a gorgeous breakfast. Great position, only about 80 mtrs to the seafront. I would happily return.
