Really cute room, wonderful staff - super helpful. Cowshed products. Proper luxury. Food was great inc breakfast. No slippers/robes in the room which was a let down but other than that - would come back 100%.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spotless and the hotel had a beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. I’m already trying to plan my next stay! Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Hotel was ok. Rooms were not sound proved at all. Rustic and cute as expected. Nice touches. Service was ok - a bit unfriendly & rushed. Dinner quality was nice, service was miserable. Breakfast was ok, selection at buffet was nice but hot full English was nothing special. Was not hot. Eggs solid etc. not awful but not great.

We stayed here for 2 nights after reading mostly good reviews. The staff were nice but not very helpful, nobody explained to us that breakfast was included etc. The hotel was clean, but the rooms were stuffy and hot. The pillows were really uncomfortable!!! The little touch of a milk delivery in the morning was nice. It’s a quick drive into Cirencester, so the hotel is in a good location. Overall, I think this hotel is overpriced and the staff should explain things better to new guests about their stay.
