The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive which contributes massively to having a great experience. Loved that there was a bar/restaurant inside the hotel! Very convenient! It saved me a lot of time and I didn't have to go and source food outside of the hotel. Also, the coffee and tea available outside the lifts on every level is incredibly forward thinking.

If you get room 112 good luck getting a good nights sleep, every time someone flushes a toilet or has a shower the water runs past this room and you hear it every time. Then there is the bed, which has parallel comfort levels with the floor, the mattress is rock solid! I am shattered today, woeful nights sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay and we have been looked after very well. The only thing is our room was overlooking the main Street and there was some sort of club so it was very noisy at night. Not ideal as we were travelling for work and with a kid so not had a great sleep 😒

Well priced hotel in a great location. Comfortable bed and very clean. Lovely shower. Would have been helpful to know about the tea and coffee outside the room. Some clanging of the water pipes was a bit noisy overnight.

The Yotel was very clean. Our cabin was very compact and modern. The only downside was that when people in other rooms ran water or flushed toilet during the night you could hear the noise going through the pipes inside our room. I commented on this to the staff when we checked out and they clearly knew that there was an issue, but weren’t very apologetic about it. Great location

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful always. Room was nice and clean. The bed was a bit harder than we were used to, but not that hard that we felt uncomfortable. They had security checking the cards on Saturday evening which made us feel even more at ease. Great stay, would stay here again

The location, aesthetic, price, amenities for this hotel were fabulous!!! I would have given 5 stars except their check in computers were not working. We arrived 30 minutes after check in was allowed and we had a good wait to check in. That being said, there were plenty of areas to sit. We got a drink at the bar, which is discounted for hotel stayers, and enjoyed a drink till it was our turn to check in
