Center Hotel

The check in was done a lot more smoothly by the lady in comparison to the person who checked me in at the same hotel 3 night before. The only issue I had with the room was that the toilet smelled like a public toilet, it appeared the person staying before did not respect the place and the cleaning staff may had issues cleaning up the mess. Other than that, the room came with charging ports near the bed and table with a desk lamp. It was a cold night, but the heating outside the hotel and inside kept me cozy and warm. Towels were provided. Only a shower gel was provided. The room excluded travel toothbrushes, slippers, etc. Room was well ventilated from any noise. Reception was 24hrs from my understanding which made the check-in and check-out process possible at later times and earlier times. Again, like my stay on the 17th, the stay was overall decent experience, but there can be improvements made, especially to the cleanliness of the room.

The receptionist who checked me in seemed burnt out. Half way during check-in her shift was changed and it took me 40-45 mins for me to get checked in. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the ferry port, which was incredibly convenient for my travels. There's also a big supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab any essentials. The room and bathroom were both clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, offering a nice variety to start the day. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk to the old town, which I found to be a pleasant stroll. Overall, everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Old office building was transformed to hotel. Needed to repair. Toilet was leaking. Smell is disgusting. No excuse on this claim. No air conditioners and fresh air. No refrigerator, kettle should be asked on the front desk. Only one towels on person only. Personal is not polite. Breakfast is average.

Cheap option that's fairly close (a 10 minute walk) from the Old Town.

I was a return customer at Center Hotel. I booked here again for this visit, and wasn't disappointed at all. Very happy with my stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast, location is amazing in center of town. Right on the streetcar route, and even walking distance to Tallinn Old Town. I recommend this hotel.

Good location for town and the old town and also if you are wanting to head out of Tallinn towards Pirita and Viimsi. Nice friendly staff on reception and in the breakfast room. The TV's in the rooms could be better and at least have the standard ETV channels, and there is a kettle but no coffee cups etc. Other than that the room was clean, tidy and warm. Good value for money.

A very good and EXCELLENT value for money. Very clean and professional staff who knew their jobs well.

Center Hotel is conveniently located to get to the city centre, airport or bus centre. The receptionist was very friendly and I was given a warm welcome. I was even able to borrow a phone charger as I did not have one. The room is comfortable. My only issue was the constant noise from the street from trams and traffic. I suggest you bring ear plugs of you stay here. The breakfast was included and server friendly. It is a basic breakfast. Overall OK place to stay.

My first room was facing the street, it was impossible to sleep as one could hear absolutely everything, from the traffic noise to a snoring neighbour. However, the reception service was really excellent, after asking I was offered a room facing the courtyard and it changed everything. I would also like to praise their breakfast, it was truly generous from porridge to pasta, sandwiches, yoghurt, fresh fruit and cake. Not to be missed.

Decent but basic room with good breakfast included and helpful staff. The only problem was loud traffic noise at night due to busy road and possibly the room should have kettle and coffee/tea making facilities but that's just an idea.

Good location and easy to walk to Old Town. However, they had the heater off in my room when I arrived and I didn’t know it until I was freezing in the middle of the night. Thankfully by the 2nd night the room was warmer. Basic services and breakfast.

Good location, walkable from Viking ship terminal and bus to airport. It also close to old town with many tourist attractions and many shopping centers, supermarket. Room came with breakfast.

The hotel is located conveniently to the old town and the airport. Across the hotel is a supermarket. The staff was friendly and they prepared a nice breakfast which started at 8 am instead 7 am which is advertised online. My room faces the main street, so it was a bit noisy. The blind was not in working condition. The staff was friendly.

Room 216 was good, basic, tidy and clean. It faces the main road, though quite noisy at night. Breakfast was standard European style - cold cut, bread slices, boiled eggs. Fruits were cut into slices or halves, probably to prevent guests taking them away. However, the banana I took on the second day was totally not eatable after taking off its skin. The banana half was brown and soft under the skin. I hope the restaurant can check it before putting that on the table. I knew the hotel's policy - limited housekeeping but I was a bit shocked when I returned to the hotel at 5 pm finding that the 'clean the room please' tag was still on the door handle. I just wanted new towels and dust bin to be cleaned but I was disappointed.

Good location between park and centre. 10 Mon walk to centre, port and park.
