Very nice staff & reasonable price for what they offer. The breakfast was good & complete.

Walkable for sightseeing, shopping and dining.

Was easy access with the dogs , clean rooms , parking can be a bit a hassle, but overall a great hotel

Only one request would benefit visitors whom are restricted with mobility and require handicap accessibility. The bathroom was great but the hotel should invest into a proper shower chair for individuals with mobility issues chair that has handles as they do advertise rooms suitable for handicap. Also 2nd handicap parking spot would be preferable for the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, located outside the busiest area but still a short walk to the center. The room is a bit snug for two.

Really good hotel at good prices and services. Stayed for an overnight stop and place was accommodating with complimentary tea/coffee from the local tea shop and coffee roastery. We took a kitchenette room as an upgrade from last time, and was nice to have extra space and a fridge to put things in. Need was nice to sleep on, but pillow was flat and maybe more suitable for a young child, rather than an adult. There is no 24 service, so i couldn't ask for another pillow. There could be improvements in that area. There was few to use bicycles, but there were no gears on it, no option to have a helmet, and could be better too.

Hotel was pretty good but the pillows are much too small and the curtains were too small to stop the light.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable for three adults. Breakfast was very good. The staff available were friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We arrived after the registration staff had left (7:00 pm) so we had to use the electronic checkin provided outside the door. I was skeptical at first but it worked fine as long as you had the checkin code and pin they emailed when the reservation was confirmed. Be aware that while there is an elevator in the facility you were required to use the steps to enter the building, only when exiting could you use the lowest level next to the parking.

The location is great, right next to everything. The rooms are quiet, nice and clean, pretty basic but in accordance with the pricing. A BIG bonus for the communal kitchen and laundry room, even though I did not use them myself due to staying only one night, but this type of extra services are extremely helpful for those staying for longer periods of time. The only negative experience was with the eco-friendly shower, which could have a bit better water pressure, it took me ages to take a shower because of it. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Service was friendly and very helpful.

All was good, including the breakfast. Even had free laundry which was appreciated.

Everything was more than fine! Nice silent rooms, good breakfast, walking distance from the centre. Only the car parking has really small slots.

I was coughing all night. I am not sure if the pillow has feathers, or the room was not allergy free. I didn't sleep much.

Hotel has very nice premises. Room is small for three people but the value for money is definitely great. Breakfast was nice and complete, and the lobby area where you can relax or work is comfortable and spacious. Parking on premise is not expensive (8 eur/day) but we got free parking thanks to hotels.com membership

The concept is beautiful build and have more to improve in hotel rooms as well in the check in service and restaurant. I have arrived at 10 pm at the hotel and i receive sms with the instruction how to make easy my check in the hotel on that nicht. the touch screen in the entrance room for the check in insurance on the hotel not just make harder my night but already gave me huge disparity to find another hotel in that night. after 28 minutes fighting with the command and responds on my check in service and try to call customer service and receive support by phone and nothing to rich that time , a man just come out from the hotel and guide me out in my self check in macin that they have put lot of energy to understand . First at all make it easy like Omenahotel have by check in by sms . The air in the room was very dry and bean allergic to carpets in general i did se in the description below what type of carpet they have in the room. The room was very cold for the both night i have sleep. It will be nice to have also an air purifier and humidifier in at list 10 rooms ,and to target to serve for people with severe allergy as I M . Breakfast was ok. but you should focus on standing out with more greens and vegetables and fruits , smoothie. so very disappointed . you have so powerful company in Jyvaskyla that you can work with one this breakfast meniu on your hotel . it will change your perspective of making easy throw the day. The front desk lady was very nice and help me .
