There is washing machine and cooking facilities inside of the studio, which is super convenient. The heating is a bit loud and not worked very well. The temperature in the room is around 20 degree, a bit cold for me but not a problem with duvet. The lounge and sauna is great! Smooth check in and check out! Definitely recommend to stay in.

The apartment was clean, had all the basics in kitchen to make simple meals. The bed was comfortable and ideally the apartment had a washing machine ready to use which was handy! The location is great for public transport and for local restaurants and there are a couple of supermarkets close by. The gym was a bonus, had a couple basic cardio machines and weights etc. The apartments do not come with TVs (which we didn't realise) but can be hired at an extra cost. The major let down was the noise outside the building at night, the windows are old and therefore every noise from outside carried into the apartment meaning we couldn't get a decent night's sleep for our entire stay. A shame as everything else about the place was great.

Room heating control did not work. It was untolerably warm the whole four days of our stay. One should be able to stay at a temperature below 21 degrees, let alone below 22 degrees. This is a) unhealthy and b) not environmentally friendly.

Great location, easy access to the metro, busses, trams/ close to the downtown to walk around if you are up to it. The grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. Accommodations - all you need (but should have TV in the room, instead of renting it afterwards); friendly, helpful staff. Area was good to walk around during my stay, but after the dark especially, according to the locals, remember to be "streetwise". So I would definitely go there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Noli- the space was well equipped with everything I needed including basic kitchen ware. The bed was comfortable and the property was stylishly designed. The area outside was a little sketchy but the property itself felt safe

Area was relatively under developed compared to center town area. Initial access to building is problematic from main road as it is code access dependent. Common spaces were excellent and modern. Gave a modern university dorm vibe. Don't expect 24hr front desk service or welcome crew. The check in was a bit confusing. Good Sauna and Spa. Convenient to public transit and groceries. Good kitchen plus an excellent common kitchen. Is like a communal co-op housing system but modern and up scale.

The property is located in a well connected area, only 10 minutes from the city centre. The room was overall nice, clean and it has been recently renovated. Nevertheless, the windows were old, so I could hear the road traffic as well as draft was coming in. The bathroom was nice overall, but there were mould marks on the silicone in the shower. Finally the lampshade had water mark stains. The property had a decent value, but some things could be improved.
