2nd stay here. Great location. Rooms were renovated since last stay. Modern and comfortable. Good amentities. Staff was friendly, especially Ali. Disappointing that the breakfast we had pre-booked was only avaliable 2 of 5 nights. Suddenly they were renovating the dining area the 3rd morning. No heads-up and we had to talk with a manager to get the refund for prepaid breakfast. She was very professional about it though. We would definitely stay here again.

The room of the hotel is really clean. Staff are nice and supportable. Location is good to connect transportation and restaurants. Very convinence. Also close to attractions.

The night reception was very helpful very polite he made our stay more enjoyable we I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for your hospitality

Fresh selection everyday for Breakfast. Room clean and tidy . Honesty bar. Overall excellent service, it’s becoming our go to hotel in Paris . 2nd time we’ve stopped here

I stayed at this hotel 3 years and was happy to recommend. Due to the price it wasnt my first choice as the only room available was a superior room and it was slightly outside my budget but, as i was on my own this time and familiar with the area i chose it again. Unfortunately the room i got was not "superior" in my opinion. The first thing i noticed was the smell upon entering the room, i wasnt sure if it was fresh paint or something from the drains. The bathroom was tiny, i had to keep the door open to allow me exit the shower without hitting off everything. The bedroom itself was oddly shaped and it was difficult to lay down and unpack my case. Very odd floor covering. No complimentary water and on my first morning i put a do not disturb sign on the door as i didn't want housekeeping, i left personal items in the room on the bed and when i came back i found that the room had been cleaned and my stuff moved. On the second morning, i specifically requested no housekeeping to one of the cleaning personnel in the room next door, and just asked for fresh towels which were handed to me. I left the do not disturb sign on the door but arrived back that night to find that yet again, the room had been cleaned. Positves were that the bed was comfortable, its not too far a walk to major attractions, the area is safe and the breakfast was decent. Its not the worst hotel by any means but way overpriced.

Stayed in 2 x club rooms - very clean and modern. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and air con. Great location near the metro network and within walking distance to Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur. Good local grocery shops and cafes too. Loved it! A great hotel for a family in Paris!

Fantastic hotel! Friendly staff, great room, and ideal location close to parks, metro/bus lines + interesting restaurants.

Room keys deactivates far to easily so had to keep getting it recharged. And the toilet space was extremely narrow stuck next to the shower, not good for the larger person. I nearly burnt myself on the heated towel rail several times whilst using the space.

The staff was great and the drink/ coffee bar in the lobby was nice

Staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. typical small Paris Hotel room was not big enough to put two full-size suitcases on the floor open, The bathroom adequate but not great. But the hotel it’s only a five minute walk from 2 Subway stations and a grocery Mart so very convenient in Central Paris

Very small rooms and bathroom with low ceiling particularly hard to fit for tall people. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. close to the metro station with ease if interchange hubs.

Convenient location - close to Gare Du Nord and great dining options

For a short 2-3 day stay it is okay as the room is Paris size small. The lobby area is well kept but the rooms do feel dated

The surrounding street on this hotel feels very sketchy! First time to visit Paris last week and coming from Canada - oh my goodness, the front desk service at Le 9 Hotel were night and day difference! The staff at this hotel needs proper training for customer service especially in the hospitality industry where Paris is known for. We picked this hotel for its budget-friendly price, and we didn't mind that it's on 9th arrondissement since the reviews said that its close to the metro, which it is. The facilities are okay. The rooms are cozy and bathrooms are clean, that's why we are giving this place 2 stars (instead of 1). We do not recommend this hotel especially for first time visitors in Paris. There are plenty of affordable hotels out there and since this place has no customer service whatsoever, you might as well look for other nearby hotels in the 9th arrondissement that's closer to Galeries lafayette, with access to better restaurants and bars.

We had a very good stay at 9 Hotel . We were initially given a room with a small double bed instead of a two singles but the staff were very good at rectifying the situation. The rooms and bathrooms are compact but very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Perfect for our needs. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord and as such is perfect for passengers arriving on the Eurostar. We will definitely stay there again.
