Advantages - Near the subway - Very close to large minibars, Carrefour and Sims shops. Disadvantages - The hotel does not have an elevator. The ladder is narrow. - The Englishman is not good. - No towel and hair dryer required. - The overall condition is not clean. Some blankets. - The hotel is not loyal to the customer. Three nights stay. But let's just sleep one night for another 2 nights to move the hotel. Even without the cost. But quite troublesome Because the hotel is so dirty. Overall not impressed

Without being judgemental. Not recommended for honeymooners and family with kids. Hallway is gloomy, stay at 5th fl and no lift, staircase is quite narrow for heavy luggages, rugs are damages, bathroom is so small. As for the neighbourhood, not feel like Paris at all (much non Parisians and French people) with some homeless straying around and smell of urines on the streets. Despite all, you can easily find anything you need around the neighbourhood, door step metro station, banks, grocery stores, any kind of foods, laundry service, beauty salon etc. What an experience and you get what you paid for.
