Recption not soo much helpful .

Just wanted budget accomodation and was surprised that facilities were so good and that place was clean quiet and comfortable which is what you need after a days sightseeing Room was small but you cannot win them all

I stayed for the October half term. It was lovely. This hotel is great value for money and in a great location, 5 mins walk from the beaches.

I had a great stay here, I stayed the last week in July. The hotel is 5 mins walk to the beaches it's got good facilities and organise sports stuff which I didn't know about so has no trainers which was a shame. All the staff are very helpful and lovely and the food is great too. I loved it and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fine but just not my kind of thing - think cheesy holiday camp with organised activities in the bar and not much else - definitely more suited to young families. I was half board but only ate one meal there, it was okay but not particularly nice - went out for all meals after that. Bed was comfy enough but only just about room to walk around 2 sides of the bed, I'm not massive but was hard to turn around in the bathroom it was so small. No towels were provided so I drip dried onto the floor, not great. Booked an ocean view room and yes it was on the ocean side but ground floor and I could just see an overgrown hedge, definitely NOT an ocean view. Only the door opened so couldn't have any air at night unless you left the door open, didn't feel very safe on the ground floor - then again the shutters stopped any air anyway. Bar staff were really nice but the reception staff were awful, I wanted a taxi to the airport but they wouldn't call one for me, even when I said I had no phone they dialled the number on their phone but made me speak to them, wouldn't help me out at all, really not great service at all. Overall it's fine - good location for the beach and Anglet beach centre and bus into Biarritz but cheesy and tired old hotel that I definitely would not go to again... saving money did not pay off this time!!!

rien à dire sur l'ensemble, très bien pour le personnel. par contre, revoir pour la vétuste de l'établissement, exemple, pour fermer une porte qui coulisse avec le pied, tapisserie arracher, bois de terrasse pas entretenu, chariot de linge ne doit pas être vu par la clientèle quand on passe dans le couloir des chambre. . Die Anlage liegt nur ca. 5 min fußläufig vom Strand und Atlantik entfernt. Die Zimmer nach vorne haben direkten Atlantik-Blick. Abends gutes Unterhaltungsprogramm, es werden täglich geführte Ausflüge angeboten. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sauber und in Ordnung. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Zimmer Recht klein sind und keine Klimaanlage haben. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen.

Toute la residence est assez ancienne. La chambre est munuscule etctres mal agencée. Il n'y a que 3 prises electriques dont une dans la salle de bain et une pour la tv. La derniere est defectueuse... Seule la vue est spendide car nous avons paye un supplement

Salle de bain trop petite ont se remue pas dedans même tres mince notre chambre au rez de chaussée mérite un rideau car beaucoup de passage et pas d'intimité mauvaise insonoritée

Hôtel très vétuste, avec un grand besoin d’être refait. Installations pénibles, états de chambres et sales de bains avec le minimum. La taille de chambre et salle de bain pour un séjour en couple est loin d’être acceptable. 311€ pour deux nuit en demi-pension avec telles prestations est un abus.

+ : emplacement / piscine / accueil sympathique et arrangeant - : pas de ventilateur / les chambres sont les unes sur les autres - mauvaise isolation phonique / l’établissement reçoit également des colos, cohabitation particulière…

Bien situado, con parquing, piscina grande, habitaciones limpias, cama cómoda, personal muy eficiente y atentos, comida perfecta

Bon acceuil a l arrivée. Barman sympathique. Repas correct.

choix au petit déjeuné, prix un peu cher par rapport au buffet présenté. Pour le personnel excellent;

Personne à la réception à notre arrivée à 19h20. La réception ferme à 19h, la clé de la chambre etait dans un panier derrière le bar, personne au bar, aucune indication pour trouver la chambre. Les volets ferment mal, pas de place pour mettre les valises. Belle vue et bon emplacement. C’est dommage.

Equipe au top. Merci a Théophane, Nino, Charlène, Mathieu et tous les autres qui ont rendu notre séjour fantastique. Le directeur Peter est très à l'écoute et disponible. De nombreuses activités et visites proposées gratuitement tous les jours afin de vous faire découvrir et profiter du pays basque. Des chambres propre et un cadre magnifique. Ma belle mère et moi sommes ravis ! On recommande a 💯%

Chambre avec un belle vue et terasse. Mais matelas à ressorts peu confortable et salle de bain vieillotte, moisie. Parfait pour séjourner une nuit, mais un peu vieillot pour une séjour plus long

Un très bon séjour..... Les équipes sont très sympathique La chambre est de petite taille et simple.... Le balcon vue mer très agréable même si une 2eme chaise serais agréable pour s'assoir a 2.... La cabine de douche est très étroite a déconseiller au personne corpulente. La nourriture au restaurant est très bonne...pas un grand buffet mais une cuisine de qualité L'absence de clim peut en été être compliquée
