Clean hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Good location for motorway. Comfortable for a short stay.

Très agréablement surprise de la qualité de l'accueil de cet hôtel. J'ai tout particulièrement apprécié la mise à disposition d'un chariot pour transporter les bagages, le côté très convivial de l'hôtel et la diversité de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Mon petit fils de 9 ans a également adoré.

This IBIS is in a good place but for some reason is not being run properly. It only had one member of front desk staff also doing bar and food service who seemed not to be used to customer service, especially being dressed in a hoody and cargo pants. There were no lights on so not welcoming at all. In the middle of the night ( 1am) guests turned up and were noisy next to our room, why were they not put away from everyone else?. We will sadly not return here for the price paid.

Exactly what we needed as an overnight stop on our journey further south

Very close to the motorway but our rooms had no traffic noise. A 15 minute drive into the town centre. Ideally situated as a stopover. A good selection at breakfast.

Good value for money. Rooms on the small side but perfect for a stop over before our flight home. Good parking and restaurants near by.

Helpful friendly staff. Dated, tired hotel, noisy. Not that clean.

An overnight stay. Supper choice was basic fayre & unlike previous Ibis food options. The hotel was full & seems to be a popular venue for business people. The hotel was clean, with a tired look. We did not have breakfast owing to time constraints,

There was a discrepancy in the cost of an animal. Hotels.com site states an animal is €5 per night. But I was charged €10 for the night. When challenged, I was told €10 was correct and they would not give me the price quoted on Hotels.com. This discrepancy needs clarification. Good hotel. Given a downstairs room as requested. Room was very small, but well equipped.

Stayed here as we were visiting Oradour sur Glane. Was feeling hopeful before arrival as we received an email saying our room was ready and we were invited to enjoy food and drink at the hotel. On arrival the front desk agent was on the phone. Two other staff by embers could be heard laughing and chatting in back office. One came out and said hello but went back to office again. The girl that checked us in seemed quite timid. Conversation was minimal. Room was ok, very hot. I was delighted to see we had a bath so after walking miles around France and Spain for the last month, thought I would treat myself to a bath. No plug however. My husband went down and spoke to all three staff members who discussed our request for a plug. One said she would bring one up in 10 mins. I sat half naked for forty minutes. Nobody came with a plug, or to say they couldn’t find one. Whilst sat waiting I found two fingernails on the floor down the side of the bed. Anyway had a shower instead. Needed some water so my husband went down to see if any vending machines. Two of the staff members were sat having a drink together in bar. No mention of the plug and didn’t ask if he needed any help either. Bedroom doors slam so if you get a neighbour like ours who likes to go in and out every five minutes after midnight you won’t get any sleep. On check out I was faced with a young man, yawning and stretching who looked like he had just woken up. Staff have no interest here. Definitely would not return

It is a good hotel all be it basic but that's in the name 😁. The rooms are very small but practical for a travel stop. But wouldn't stay more than a night but great value for money.

Chambres agréables et propres. Bon emplacement avec le choix d'un bar à côté et de nombreux restaurants. L'hôtel lui-même dispose d'un restaurant. Personnel sympathique

Lovely lady on reception, very helpful. Well located hotel and dog friendly.

Room was a bit small and dinner was poor . 1 piece of pork and some stuck together rice! Dining area a cross between a transport caff and a student common room!

Bon hôtel à proximité de l'autoroute. Le bruit est à peine perceptible. Bonne isolation. Petit déjeuner buffet très correct avec quelques produits régionaux.

We stayed here the same time last year & enjoyed it , this time there was no evening meal available although the restaurant was doing a ‘private party’ & the breakfast offer this time was very poor & reduced .we will most likely look for an alternative place to stay next year

The worst night ever, the airconditioning unit was leaking water and we tried everything to stop the constant dripping of water, it was like water torture. The carpet was soaking wet, we got no sleep at all and we still had another 250 miles to drive the following morning! Never again Ibis, it was shocking, to top it all the receptionist just was not bothered in the slightest, we were told it would be reported to 'maintenance', thanks for nothing is all I have to say. Back to Premierre Classe for us, no way are we 'upgarding' again!!!
