Good hotel with spacious room and free flow hot chocolate:)

The good: the rooms are spacious, there is everything you need for cooking for a family, the beds are comfortable, there is a supermarket just below which is open till late. The not so good: rooms are pretty old and would need renovation: doors are squeaking, things are a little falling apart. The biggest minus for us was the noise: we were on the first floor and we could hear the subway coming and the clanging of railways when the train outside was coming and leaving. Also the noises from the room above of chairs and tables moving (maybe some cloth underneath the chair would help). Smoke sensor was placed too near the kitchen, and a fire alarm went off in 2 of the 4 evenings for nothing. For the size, the people at the desk seemed to be too little (one, max 2 person), although they were helpful and not rude. The area is quite ok; Having a metro nearby, that many wrote as a big plus, is not so uncommon downtown; It is not the most pretty area, but there are several bistros. In the rooms, the toilet and bathroom are separated (but this is typical). We could see the (top of the) Eiffel Tower even if we did not pay for it-probably on a higher floor you gave less noise in addition to a better view of it. We requested to set up a room near each other, but I don't know if they didn't give us as requested, which is such a disappointment because our room is too far away, since we're traveling with infants. Not gonna come back here again. Rooms: 3/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 3/5.

First of all they never explain that’s they will not clean the room if you want them to clean the room you have to pay extra money the hotel is not clean at all

Apartment hotel with spacious rooms, very close to the metro and bus stop. There is an Eiffel tower view near the monoprix supermarket, lots of food around the hotel.

Hotels cannot accept 3 people even though other hotels can be kind. When we upgraded to a suite, only 1 bed still wasn't there 3. And that's only 3 people allowed, it's the same. In fact it is ineffective and very wasteful of money. With stellar conditions and a much better view in other hotels. When the upgrade was only waiting for us to discuss 3 minutes of 300 Eur changed to 400 Eur, I felt very cheated.

Big room, nice receptionist, very satisfied.

The view is not as good as advertise. The eifel tower is so far away

Perfect location, spacious room, clean, but heater not so good, still feel cold. Heater in bathroom great.

Children are told to pay more than the room we ordered.

The best location, the rooms are quite spacious only when I get there the elevator functions only one pleasant step to public transportation.

It has a big room compared to other hotels near by ... Close to the eiffel tower, 10 minutes on foot, lots of shops and places to eat also nearby ... In the room there is a kitchen and cooking utensils if not right with breakfast hotel, no need to buy hotel breakfast, but just buy food ingredients at franprix (minimarket) or monoprix (supermarket) across the street .. How come at the hotel .. Hehehhehe .. Helpful staff also .. It is a very great experience .. 4 thumbs up ...

The location is very strategic, it took only 10-15 minutes by walk to garden of Eiffel, but the staff cannot be multitasking.

Highly recommended! The receptionist is very helpful. She even gave us a map. Very strategic location - directly in front of Metro Station, next to McDonald, a pharmacy behind the hotel, and other shops like supermarket, bakery etc. The room is comfortable and dishwasher, microwave, stove are functioning well. The hotel even provides free flow of coffee & hot chocolate drink.

Great Location, just in front of Metro station. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarket around the apt. Fully equipped with cooking utensils

Studio with an Eiffel Tower View. Spacious room. Magnificent view. Complete with kitchen and apparatus. The best option if you want to stay at your room looking at the Eiffel Tower

The hotel was in right in front of metro station. Perfect location, all of the staffs are helpful. There was cooking utensil in the room. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby.
