Great customer service!

Bedroom was small with 2 double beds

I was in the hotel literally just to sleep. I loved the fact that metra is right outside the property/hotel. At night is a bit noisy and bathroom toilet kept making a loud noise.

This property is absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly knowledgeable, and very helpful. They provided me directions to get around the city to locate the hotel is located perfectly. There are food, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores directly across the street on there’s a square. That’s perfect for walking in late night stuff everything stays open late. The hotel immaculate it’s super super clean. The best were amazingly comfortable. It’s clean. The rules were large. The hotel is in mint condition. The staff is superb exceeded all my expectations.

It was not what I expected after reading the reviews. It was old and dirty. The carpet was sticky. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The hallways were dark and dingy. It just felt dirty and old and outdated. It also was so loud. It is right across the street from a big open space where so many people hang out at all times of the day. There was a soup kitchen there one day for the homeless. Homeless people sleeping all over the place and graffiti on stuff. The only positives were that it was steps away from the underground train station and there are a lot of restaurants around. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel or this area.

Great hotel lovely area of Paris! The staff were very helpful and friendly and we loved our stay! Just a shout out to the head concierge for booking a restaurant for us and arranging a taxi from the airport to the hotel! We would definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast! Comfy rooms with tall ceilings and big windows overlooking the street. Hate to see graffiti on monuments outside hotel, but hotel was nice and staff were excellent.

I love this property. It was in a good location steps away from the metro station (République) and there were shopping options, food choices, and it’s a safe fun area around the plaza. Good price too!!!

Amazing all round

This was the second time we stay at this hotel. We really like the location and the food options around it. The metro station is right next to it so it makes it convenient. The breakfast buffet is great, the staff is friendly and offering suggestions for restaurants and/or things to do. The only thing that was off this time was cleanliness of the room. The shower was not as clean as I expected. I let the front staff know and they accommodated a room change. That one was good to go.

The best location

I would not consider Crowne Plaza a 4 star hotel (more a 3 star). Rooms and bathrooms on the small side, ours was toward the plaza at it was noisy at night. The a/c didn’t worked neither the fridge and was never fixed in neither room (we had 2). To be fair we were moved to another room after the 3rd night (just us the other room remained with same issues). Elevators floor looked dirty. Concierge & front desk staff were nice and diligent. Breakfast and Location very good, near lots of restaurants and brasseries on the area. In general wouldn’t choose to stay here again nor recommended.

Very happy we chose this hotel. It offers a great value if you're looking for a nice hotel close to the metro. We were blown away with how delicious the buffet breakfast was—definitely will add that on next time, too. Rooms were clean, employees were so helpful and kind. Would recommend.

Highly recommend this hotel!

Very beautiful property right in front of the Metro! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, and the area itself wasn’t too touristy but very easy to navigate. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable, brilliantly located hotel at Republique, good bar, spacious rooms, very helpful staff. Excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Poor management. Poor property. Poor experience.

A great hotel in a handy location for lots of the top tourist sites in Paris. Located next to a metro station with several lines so really easy to get around. We throughly enjoyed Paris, and the Crown Paris Republique, and would recommend staying here. There were a few negatives: beds in our room were terrible. Really uncomfortable, and as they were height adjustable, if you got anywhere near the edge then you would feel like you were about to roll out. Also although it's a great location, the square is a bit run down with lots of skateboarders all day, homeless people near to the hotels main entrance, and people standing around drinking in the streets, making it noisy at night-time. As the ground floor of part of the hotel is made up of shops then it is out of the hotels control. Positives were plentiful: handy to get to, staff were all friendly and helpful. Set in a beautiful building, food was great, and although I've criticised the square outside, it really was in a great location for everything we needed. We all really enjoyed our stay here, and would return (though would enquire about different beds!).

Nice hotel, good room facilities. Only issues were that the toilet doesn’t have a hand casing to wash your hands (need to go to the shower room) and the curtains wouldn’t close without leaving a gap of light.
