The location is good because it is in the republic area of the city, close to train and bus, there are also many places to eat. The hotel is old and rather small / budget hotel and only for sleeping and the hotel is still well maintained and quite clean, hot water is there, only the lift is from the 1st floor and is enough to lift things. Overall it's pretty fun because of the location.
