Amongst the hustle and bustle of Cannes holds a cute little hotel with friendly staff where you immediately feel welcomed, a cute a hotel with rooms that would be out of place anywhere else in the world.

The Hotel was very central to most places. A large amount of cafes and bars and shops in the area. Literally 2 mins from the Cannes Railway station and about a 5min walk to the Beach.

Caroline is charming, very welcoming and responsive. The hotel is located in a cobblestone street, above restaurants, cafes and shops. Beautiful promenade, and a short walk from the beach and train station. Classic architecture, with windows facing the street. Regardless, the room was quiet due to great noise isolation. Merci!

Carolyn was great! We had to do a late check in and she made sure we were able to access the room. Room was nice, Free good coffee and in the middle of the action in town. I will stay there again.

Good location. Basic room with AC and was good and in good shape. Only drawback was that the elevator was out so we had to climb 3 flights each time to get our room (including when lugging luggage).

I can say that Carolina hotel is the best choice for staying in Cannes city.
Actually Carolina hotel is the center of Cannes!
You have everything down and nearby, restaurants, coffeeshops, shopping, bakery, Monoprix… etc
Short access to the beach.
You don’t need to go away for dining, everything’s there.
First at arrival you feel at home, i’d like to thank Mrs Carolina for her warm welcome.
Spacious rooms, clean, comfy, super wifi, smart tv, coffee machine.
When you walk up you’ll remember the beautiful old days of 70s, 80s & 90s! You must come to see that.
My next trip to Cannes, definitely i’ll book again with Carolina.

This hotel is an absolute real gem right in the heart of the old town, literally a few minutes walk from the beach, and all the amazing sights in Cannes. You have a really good supermarket about 50 meters away and you walk out on restaurants from the entrance. The train station is a 5 minute walk away. Caroline the owner is a wonderfully hospitable person and Max the dog is gorgeous. Highly recommend staying here!

I love everything about this hotel! This hotel is incredible value for money and so cute. The owner is extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. Located in a beautiful street, just 4 minutes from the beach and a 3-minute walk from Cannes Train Station. So you have easy access to shops, restaurants and anything you need. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay.
