Hidden gem in an area not described as nice. Clean, utilitarian, friendly, what else do you need? Super convenient, and once you get into the building it is superb. May become my go-to place in Paris in the future!

I've stayed in a few Paris hotels in this price range, and this is by far the best. Great location, a stone's throw from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Mine was only a single room but it was very spacious: large bed, loads of space to hang clothes, full-size shower that you don't have to squeeze into, and a fridge. Very friendly staff, which came in handy when I stupidly left my key card in my room!

The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is excellent. The area isn’t the best to walk in the evening but pretty safe during daytime hours.

I'm not one to spend a lot of money on somewhere to sleep, so I'm always looking for clean, accessible, and safe options. The location of this hotel between two major train stations in Paris is a bonus and there are several options for cheap dining and drinking within walking distance. I booked two rooms, both of which had two single beds. The rooms were typically small. Bring your shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as there are no extras other than hand soap. There is a small fridge in each room, but although mine had power, it wasn't cold. I did mention it to the front desk and nothing happened, but when I re-mentioned it on checkout, I was offered a free breakfast. Yup, it's a no-frills hotel, but honestly, the three main staff members I ever had an interaction with were just lovely and very accommodating.

Pretty frustrating check in experience when we discovered someone was already occupying the room we’d been given. Took a while to sort. The hotel is pretty average. Its bonus is its proximity to Gare du Nord for an early Eurostar departure. Otherwise the area isn’t very nice and I’d recommend staying somewhere else if being close to the station isn’t a priority.

Dont pay attention to the complainers. What do you expect for this rate? I was skeptical, but needed to be near this main train station and super happy we chose this hotel. Can it be better? I guess it could but for the rate and location honestly it super exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a decent hotel near the train station this is it. It was my wife, 6 year old son and myself. Great choice.

A clean hotel, convenient fir the metro to other parts of Paris and nicely positioned between Gard d’Nord & Gare d’Est. But the room was very small for 2 people and very limited in terms of storage and clothes hanging. Whilst it was clean and friendly I think it is overpriced for what it offered

We had a great one-night stay here. The hotel is perfectly located for Gare du Nord, but on a side street so it wasn’t noisy (but there’s also good AC). The room wasn’t huge but it was clean and well-maintained. The free drinks and snacks were a nice touch too. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a great selection including bread, pastries and cakes, fruit salad, yogurts, cereal, and scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, and sausages.

Staff were nice and helpful. The area was convenient and close to 2 major train/metro stations, but always people around on the street if that makes you feel uncomfortable. No one bothered us. We wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. The rooms are extremely damp. We had to change rooms as the first room we were in had a Terrible smell. My throat and eyes were hurting, and my partner started sneezing after sleeping there. Even our clothes were damp to the touch after 1 night. We spoke to reception and switched rooms.. it was a little bit better, but still not good. There were no other hotel availabilities in the area or we would have moved hotels (we tried). We asked if we would be compensated as the hotel made us sick (still are) and we haven’t heard anything so I doubt it. I would be cautious about staying here given our experience.
