This is just the most elegant place with perfect breakfasts and a timeless charm

The staff was so warm and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was amazing - from the front desk to the concierge. We just stoped over for a night and glad we chose this location over the pretentious and overpriced sister hotel Belles Rives.

The hotel its self was great. Parking was easy with valet service. Rooms were spacious and bed comfy However the woman at the front desk was very rude. We asked for towels to go the pool and beach and was charged for them. I have travelled all over world and have never been charged for pool/beach towels. When I ask why she couldn’t give me a reason and very rude. I was also disappointed when we checked out We were a group of 10, everyone else in our party had water and a nice goodbye note in their cars but we didn’t. I really like the hotel but felt the service poor because of the woman at the front desk.

Not a 5-star hotel. Extremely misleading on all levels. They baited and switched us. Management separated me and my family of 4 (2 children under 10 years old), refusing to add a rollaway bed to our reserved room (even though upon booking it states children 2-11 years free & extra bed by request.) We only needed 1 rollaway bed as our toddler sleeps next to us. That said, Hotel Juana’s solution was coercing us into a joint room for the remainder 2 nights of our stay, charging us close to $4000. If it was genuinely a 5-star hotel and experience we wouldn’t have minded, but we really felt robbed and disgusted by the dusty, moldy, and ill-maintained rooms. They certainly did not attempt to make us feel like valued guests. I would be mortified to recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Please avoid if you are looking for a true 5-star experience. I wish I knew this before booking.

A lovely small botel

Fantastic permission . Spacious rooms with large bathrooms . Very central and accessible to train , beaches and shops . Loved the convenience of having a pool . Staff were super friendly and very willing to help . Would definitely stay there again .

This hotel is very fun and well located. Its sister property is Belle Rives (close by) so I was able to enjoy that hotel as well (and the beach club at a discount). The customer service at HJ is incredible and the staff is beyond amazing and helpful. Roland, the concierge, (went above and beyond), the Bellman, the ladies at the reception, the night staff, etc are all wonderful and made sure our stay was pleasant. The restaurant and bar are great and the waiters/bartenders are attentive and friendly. The pool is nice to take a dip in after a long, hot day. My ONLY complaint is the noise level during high season if you’re in a room facing the street. I HIGHLY recommend staying here but ask for a room in the back. One of my favorite hotels and I travel a lot! 5/5 stars!

Very nice hotel, lovely staff and we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

You need to be on 4th floor or above for a sea view. We were 3rd floor and difficult to see over the pine trees. During our stay of 1 week the restaurant and bar were closed on 3 nights for private funtions. Charge if 8 euros per day for using room Nespresso machine. On site parking advertised at 30 euros per day but my car was parked off site at a car park 100m away. Pool area a little cramped. Many website images belong to its sister hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast ok. Sun beds at sister hotel beach crowded and expensive. Extra charge for sunbed towels.
