We arrived late at Hotel Paradis due to our train schedule. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile; their names were Roger, Hanin, and Paula. After an exhausting eight-hour trip from Barcelona, Spain, we were starving. To our dismay, all the nearby restaurants were closed. I asked Mr. Hanin if the hotel bar had any food, and in a kind gesture, he brought us a complimentary bowl of biscuits. We really appreciated his kindness and assistance.
I noticed a few interesting features in the room. There was a small sink for children, the toilet required pulling up on the flush handle, and the sink drain had a dial to block and release water. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet and clean. The shower and toilet rooms were also separate, which added convenience.
The night before we checked out, I asked Mr. Hanin to reserve a taxi for us. He kindly called me in the morning to let us know that he arranged for the breakfast buffet to open early at 6:30 AM just for us. I highly recommend Hotel Paradis if you’re planning a visit to Lourdes.

We unfortunately arrived a day late to our reservation because of train delays. We tried to communicate with the property through phone but as foreigners the phone option did not work. We also attempted to communicate through message on expedia portal but were unsuccessful. When we arrived reception made clear they thought we were a no show and we completely understood. They honored and accommodated us our 2 night that we had originally reserved. The rooms are not very nice they look old and outdated. However the hotel is in a very nice location walking distance to many dining options and to the main cathedral.

Travelled with my family and we got a spacious room for the four of us,our room was cleaned on daily basis and our car was safe in their parking though it wasn’t for free.If I was to comeback to Lourdes I would still choose this hotel for our stay.

Hotel room was tired and lacked character. Stains on carpet, scrapes on furniture and walls pictureless - all a bit glum and depressing. One bright spot was the young receptionist who checked us in. Unfortunately she was just leaving for the day. Her colleague, who gave us the impression she was having a really bad day (smiles were extra) when asked if we could have a drink at the bar (which at this point was unmanned) said she couldn't leave reception until a colleague returned - but she couldn't say how long that might take. One guest left to seek a drink elsewhere. We waited and were served a short time later. In fairness to the staff, after dinner we asked if we could have 2 tea bags and some mike (our tray in the room hadn't been replenished) the night porter brought up a full tray whith tea, coffee, milk, biscuits - so it wasn't all bad!
Quality of the food at breakfast was I'm afraid just passable and the poorest we've experienced in France.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is also wonderful. Egg, cold-cut meats, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and a lot more.
The croissants are delicious. We need to check out very early to catch the train and they even arrange a taxi and packed breakfast for us.
The only thing I found surprising is they provide two small paper cups in the bathroom. No coffee machines and glass cups in the room like in most US hotels. Maybe this is the European way, but with a rainy day outside it is just a little inconvenient if you want to drink something hot. Overall, we had a good time staying in this hotel.

As I have to use a mobility scooter I worried as to we’re I could leave it, no problem allowed me to put it in the bedroom, EXCELLANT BREAKFAST.very enjoyable overnight stay.
