Great location next to bus station and old town. Not too noisy, even with train tracks nearby. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Would be good to add security cameras to hallways. AC/heat control in rooms appears to be disabled unless you make a special request to the front desk. No screens on windows, so mosquitoes can be a problem at night if you want the windows open.

The team were very helpful indeed and couldn’t do enough for us. Recommend this hotel if you want something stress free when visiting Aix. We like an apartment usually but this was ideal for our short stay as we were moving on to Avignon the next day

Nice hotel. Easy 6 min walk to old town areas with restaurants, etc. Friendly staff. Good car park right next door. Breakfast nice and Euro style although ideally would have liked a couple more hot selections rather than boiled eggs (but these were good, as can boil your own to your taste). Recommended.

The location of the hotel was good, Solene the front desk was very sweet and recommend a great restaurant for us to eat, but overall the experience was disappointing. The room was not clean and very uncomfortable. The parking area was flooded. With the exception of Solene, the other staff was not friendly. I do not recommend this hotel.
