Hôtel Aviatic

Super friendly staff, both when calling to ask about check in and upon arrival. I found the room was great and the price very affordable. Super convenient when needing to catch an early train from Montparnasse.

Stayed for 3 nights and felt pretty safe as a female solo traveller and the room was cozy. Would say that they have no cosmetic products for showering other than an unlabelled hand soap so being shampoo, conditioner and body wash. When looking around the room it did kind of look like in the bottom left hand corner of the TV there was a small camera so covered that and felt fine after covering it. Overall felt clean and safe, all female staff who I met and were welcoming and friendly.

I appreciated the quiet location in an interesting neighbourhood. I thought the accommodation and breakfast were good value and would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Paris, including solo travellers.

We stayed a few days at Hôtel Aviatic to visit Paris and we had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect (5mn walking distance from Denfert Rochereau subway station), the room, despite being a bit small, was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good enough to freshly start the day. I would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Paris and doesn't wish to spend too much money in a hotel.

I was staying here for just two nights as part of a larger trip. Since I was by myself and was happy for a humble landing pad, the room felt just fine — I wasn’t too picky, and it definitely felt clean, warm, and safe, the most important parts. However, my single room was very small, enough for the bed and small side table; and the quality of the mattress (hadn’t been rotated in a long time) and amenities felt like more of a “budget” experience. The room did have a charming view of the rooftops behind the building, and I liked the basic tea service/kettle in the room for a hot drink in the morning. If you think you’ll want more space, even if you’re just one person, I’d recommend going up a room size. Also, be aware that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I can’t say enough kind things about the staff; when I checked in and asked where my room was, the sweet woman at the desk immediately took my overly-heavy suitcase and carried it up three flights of stairs to my room! The other members of the team were similarly warm. Check-in was convenient, done at a machine outside the front door that gives you your room key. There are also lots of shops and metro options nearby, so even if you opt out of the €15 breakfast (which I did), you’ll have plenty of places to eat, including a bakery across the street. Overall, if you’re looking to visit Paris on the cheap, you will definitely have the basics taken care of here; just don’t go in expecting too much, and you’ll have a good stay.

Excellent location very near Denfert- Rochereau metro and OrlyBus. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast room a bit crowded at times.

Arnaque, ils m’envoient un message pour m’annoncer que ma chambre a eu une fuite d’eau et on me réserve un hotel très bad gamme via booking. La vérité est qu’ils ont mis ma chambre à un prix plus élevé sans annuler ma chambre. A fuir.

Bien sûr les prix d'hôtels sur Paris sont généralement élevés et celui-ci affichait des tarifs compétitifs, toutefois le service n'est malgré tout, pas au niveau : 3e étage sans ascenceur, chambre minuscule avec un rideau accordéon en plastique pour aller dans la salle de bains, le sol gondole, la tapisserie au mur se décole, la TV est tellement petite et éloignée qu'on ne distingue rien si la chambre est éteinte, la literie est tellement mauvaise que l'on s'enfonce totalement là où l'on dort, ma douche était brulante et non réglable (la douche d'un collègue au 2nd étage était à l'inverse : froide sans eau chaude), il y a de quoi se faire un thé/café avec une bouilloire mais celle-ci semble sortie d'une dinette pour enfants, en plastique léger et un fil trop court. Une fois branchée, elle a fait un flash électrique et a rendu l'âme dans une odeur de brûlé. Le petit-déjeuner était offert donc je ne ferai pas de commentaire.

Praktisches Hotel für einen Paris-Trip, Es ist nicht das Four Seasons, liegt aber sehr schön, die Metro Station Mouton-Duvernet ist um die Ecke, das Frühstück schmeckt gut. Sympathisches Team, das Hotel ist sehr gut in Schuss.

Rien à redire, de l'accueil au départ tout était très bien.
