Staff at reception always friendly and helpful.

Perfect location. Bathroom was surprisingly large including a bathtub. Nice friendly service by the staff in the lobby.

Great location! Close to everything. The building has a very old European vibe, if you don’t want that don’t stay here. Nothing modern about this hotel which we loved.

Quaint hotel located in the heart of the Marais district with easy access to all conveniences and the Notre Dame Cathedral area. Had a great time and love the street bars and restaurants.

I am honestly shocked that this room is being charged at $285 per night. The space is extremely small, outdated, and uncomfortable, with broken amenities and no air conditioning. The condition was closer to what one might expect from a budget motel, not a property charging premium rates. Even the hangers in the closet were broken, which reflects the overall neglect. When I raised concerns at the front desk, I was told, “Yes, Americans don’t like this room.” With respect, this has nothing to do with nationality. I’ve traveled to 72 countries and more than 300 cities, and America is my adopted home — I know the difference between cultural preferences and basic hospitality standards. To make matters worse, the staff member was unfamiliar with “La Baguette Du Relais,” a well-known restaurant located just around the corner. This lack of care and awareness, both in service and in facilities, leaves a very poor impression. At $285 a night, this experience was unacceptable.

Room was not very clean. Needs new paint, Did not seem clean. No AC!

Hotel is centrally located in the Marais. The room was equipped with a fan which did as adequate job cooling down.

I loved the area everything is almost accessible.i didnt like the noises at 3am. But uts ok with me because it us what it is.

The service was excellent and the room was beautiful! The bed was comfortable but the tub was very high - anyone older might have difficulty getting in/out of the shower. There was no AC, but the air from the windows was sufficient. Breakfast was very good, and the orange juicing machine squeezed fresh oranges (DELICIOUS). Great location.
